For openers .Dont hire them.They grab a $185 upfront .The sales person was great in convincing me that it was worth paying .First service was a no show.When I called they argued with me that they scheduled an appointment which is not true.BOTTOM LINE THERE ARE PLENTY EXTERMINATORS OUT THERE.

We have had PRICE PEST CONTROL for almost 2 years and their guy Paul came the other day and took care of some termites we had. He was outstanding and did a SUPER job cleaning up all the mess and drilling and injecting all the wood and areas needed. I dont even know where to start.... The service this place has provided for me is priceless. Everyone I have dealt with is prompt and professional. I dont even live in the area anymore but I can make one phone call, they will call my tenant make the appointment, go out to the property and then follow up with me afterwards. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of as I put all my trust in them, and will continue to. The communication that the people in the office have with the inspectors in the field is awesome. Never have to repeat myself to multiple people, all the information is relayed perfectly. I do not advise using these people; They tried to charge me for NOT coming inside my home to exterminate, and, when i told them I do not pay for services not rendered, they told me they dont care about my opinion, and, they expect me to pay for services not rendered. Very poor customer service, the owner is pound foolish, and, I hired a substitute who did a far better job at a much lower price. At Price Exterminating, the customer is never right.

I had a wasp issue at my house, where wasps were getting into our bathroom through vents. Their awesome specialist came out to the house, sprayed them down, closed their entrance and because it was an easy job he didnt charge me! What a great company. Next time I have a real problem I will definitely use them. A++

It is rare that I give 5 stars but have used Price Pest Control for 2 years and have had absolutely perfect service. When I bought my house, I saw roaches and called Price. They said they were living in the walls!! Yuck. Price came out right away and treated the property. I have not had a single problem since. They come every other month and spray the outer perimeter of the property and thats all thats needed. They are extremely reliable and responsive.

This company is the best! Super friendly and caring regarding any problem. John is great to work with and just a fantastic person. Lisa is an angel and Joe is great. Would recommend to anyone.

Price Termite & Pest Control did an excellent job taking care of my situation. I was refinancing my house and the bank ordered a termite treatment before closing. So I called Price and they were on it right away. They came out during the weekend for the initial inspection, and had it treated the following week. Everything was fast and painless. This company made me wait from 5pm until 8:30pm on a saturday, cancelled my appt with no notice and gave me a totally unprofessional answer over the phone. I told them I would have continued on with my plans instead of waiting around and the rude womans answer was go ahead with your plans cause our guys aint comin!. Nice to know at least the inspector got to fulfill his Saturday night plans. RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Best pest control company in town. I have been using them for 5 years and the service they provide has actually improved with every year. They recently helped me out with an urgent ghost ant problem. When they arrived they assesed the problem was way worst than I thought and all it took was one visit to mitigate the problem. As a side bonus they got rid of the paver red ants that popped up as well. In sumation I cant say enough good things about these guys. Would not recommend any other company. The office staff is super friendly, empathetic and diligent. The service staff is highly trained, proffesional and effective. The price is fantastic considering the level of service we are provided.

I am very satisfied with the monthly maintenance that Price Termite and pest control have offered. My primary use is for lawn control all year round.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This was the worst customer service I have EVER had! They use subcontractors to do their work. What this means is that they tell you one thing and the sub-contractor tells you another. We had to have our home tented due to termites. We went through all the motions to get the property ready that we were told by Price, but when the guy that actually was going to tent the house arrived (not an employee of Price), he told us it had to be done differently. He wanted us to leave our gate unlocked and opened, which we were not going to do as we had a bunch of things (like a new generator in the yard and we have some unruly children in the neighborhood we didnt want back there). The man at our home insisted that we leave it opened and even after being told several times we would not, he continued to put up the tent. He was rude and condescending. After we had booked a hotel taken everything out of the house (Dog, fish, plants, food or any other thing that you would ingest), it had to be rescheduled for another time. Not to mention that no one from Price would call us back to talk to us about what was going on during this debacle.The second attempt started a little better because we already knew the expectations of the sub-contractor they used. At least thats how it seemed until we got home and realized that someone else from another company, that was unrelated to this in any way and had been told that they were not to come until the following week had been let into our back yard (which is gated and locked and there is only one key, which was in the possession of the people tenting our home) without our permission, actually this other person was specifically told he was not to do anything at our home during this time. Now, I know that this is not entirely Prices fault. The problem is that they should NEVER be letting ANYONE other than their employees into someone else home EVER! When we called to find out why, how this happened, the response...These are not our employees We are not a security company. Well They are defiantly not a company I will ever use again and will defiantly never recommend their services to anyone ever. They take no responsibility whatsoever for the people that they send to your home. There was not apology or even and attempt to look into any of this so it didnt happen again.
