Ive used this company for many years and have seen nothing but professionalism. They designed a new landscape for my home and have maintained it since. They are always punctual and friendly.

Damaged the irrigation system on a new $1500 tree I planted, denied it, and never fixed it. Repair would have been only $28 but they (Crystle Schoen) refused to repair it. Two homeowners saw the damage and validated Schoens responsibility. We inquired toward alternative causes for the damage and found none. As a fellow landscaper, I cannot believe their defiance towards eyewitness and photographic evidence. If they will do this to a peer in their industry who knows what they will do to a customer. If you value accountability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Only showed up twice in April. Contacted and asked for mowing schedule, no response. Skipped twice again in May and contacted again about status of service. Never responded or returned, very unprofessional. Bushes always overgrown, they would trim an inch when the bushes had grown six. Growing into driveway and grass area.

I NEVER write a review, especially for a company working with our POA. SPS deserves a great one! The Schoens have maintained our community for a few years now. They came in and rescued us from our last landscape company. Crystle is always available when I need her and very responsive. She always has the right recommendation when I ask her opinion on anything pertaining to the property be it landscape or otherwise. Scott came in and repaired our sprinkler system and made all the necessary adjustments. This company always goes above and beyond for us!

These people cut the lawn for our HOA. They literally killed our grass and have intentionally turned off the neighborhood sprinkler system to do so. Their mower kicked up a rock and broke our impact rated sliding glass door and amazingly they claim that without a doubt it was not them and that they would not be responsible for it. It’s nearly impossible for this impact rated hurricane glass to break any other way but they’re now glass experts and know it was not them. Please stay away from this company. They have horrendously maintained equipment and will literally kill your lawn and destroy your home and property and take no responsibility for it at all. Sad that I have to write this review but I want to warn prospective customers before they make them same mistake that we did.

The schoens have been maintaining our property for a few years.. the guys on the crew are always polite and willing to do minor adjustments when asked.. i.e. skip wet areas or raise the mow deck on new grass areas. It’s nice to Know the yard is taken care of likeClockwork.

The process was great. Working with Crystal was easy and she adjusted our design within our budget without compromising aesthetics. Our project manager Scott, made this entire process much easier. A few items had to be addressed and adjusted and Scott was professional, thorough and direct. We love our new backyard.

I needed flowers planted at my house.Crystal came out and presented me with some different designs that I can use made the process really easy and then she had Scott come over to Fix the sprinklers so that they would work properly. Great company great team and definitely a great value. My grass is always cut in my house looks beautiful thanks guys

Schoen Property Specialist turned my home into an inviting tropical oasis. Their costs were lower than the competition. They were very accommodating to making changes along the way. Highly recommended as they take pride in their work, as well as, are extremely detailed oriented.
