CrossFit Sea Dog is fantastic. Adam, the head coach, does an excellent job running all aspects of the gym and workouts. He is very aware of each persons capabilities and does not rush anyone into anything. Hes also very knowledgable about technique and safety.My wife and I have loved it and there are discounts for couples. Highly recommend!

Great environment for those at any fitness level! I’ve been working out years, and came into this facility overweight, out of shape, and plagued with injuries. The coaching, staff and sense of community from other members is always encouraging and selfless. Even despite nagging injury, I’ve enjoyed every morning class. We have been at Seadog for a few weeks now and we absolutely love it! Adam is an amazing coach and the small class sizes are great for one-on-one attention throughout class. You wont find a better priced gym with this high quality of a facility and individualized coaching/attention to detail. The gym is new and super clean with an amazing location. Cant recommend Seadog enough!

I travel often and have visited many CrossFit gyms but Sea Dog is the best. Adam and Kelli are great and work very hard to make people feel welcome. CrossFit experience or not they make sure you feel comfortable. It’s also the cleanest gym I have ever been to and the fellow members are great.If anyone is moving or visiting the area, I highly recommend visiting Sea Dog!

One of the best boxes in Florida I have ever dropped in. Everyone is friendly and the gym is updated clean and designed very well. They have showers and even a bar!

This is a great gym! The owners Adam and Kelli do an excellent job with this CrossFit. Each workout challenges me, but what’s really awesome is the support network that is created from the owner’s culture.It feels like we are working out as a team as people cheer each other on no matter where they are individually. Awesome group!

I have only been a member for a short time however been doing this for a while. it has been a great experience. Adam is very hands on and it is great to have someone with his experience to help coach and guide you. If you are looking for a box that is more intimate and hands on come drop in.

I had such a great experience at this Crossfit! Adam and Kelli are such a great couple.. Adam had no problem working with me and altering workouts due to my chronic back spasms.. Being a seasonal resident they also really looked out for my best interest with my membership, I never felt tied into anything.. Great Crossfit gym at the perfect location! You can get a WOD in and then go across the street to the beach (Free Parking major plus!). The owner is great at teaching all aspects of Crossfit and Olympic lifting. Brand new equipment (Vulcan) and one of the best rigs to work on :) Love it!

Dropped in for two workouts with Adam this week. Very clean gym, great new equipment, and good community. Gym is tight, but plenty of room to navigate a great metcon workout. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in the Jupiter area.

CrossFit Seadog is a top notch training facility! Adam is an awesome trainer and his programming is solid. He is knowledgeable, professional and makes CrossFit fun and not intimidating. The box is clean, sleek and only allows no more than 10 members a class allowing personal attention. If you haven’t dropped in yet, I highly recommend you do.

This is an awesome gym with great people and great instructors. This was my first experience with CrossFit and Coach Adam has been very helpful with teaching and explaining the different exercises and workouts. CrossFit Sea Dog is definitely helping me with my training and fitness goals.

CrossFit Sea Dog (CFSD) is a brand new facility and the owners (Adam and Kelli) as well as members keep it and the equipment very clean. I was new to CrossFit prior to the opening of CFSD and the owners and members were so welcoming. The workouts are challenging and Adam is great at creating a unique workout each day. He never uses the same workout, which definitely keeps it interesting! I’m surprised how much my stamina and body has positively changed in such a short period of time. I always worked out prior to joining CFSD but nothing has helped me improve my fitness like CrossFit. I’m hooked! Also, it might help to mention that I still haven’t mastered some of the CrossFit exercises. For example, dubs, rope climbs and snatches, which take time and repetition. Adam works closely with each member to ensure they have the proper technique or he will modify that particular exercise with another option that will still put you to work. This ensures we don’t have any inquiries in our gym and we still get a great workout. I’m so happy I found this gym that feels like family!!

Adam and Kelly opened up a new Crossfit Gym in Juno Beach. Solid owners, great trainers, and wonder people. Can’t beat a delicious beer on tap after a good sweat. Nice perk guys.

The support, encouragement, and instruction on proper form and movement by Coach Adam and others has helped me to be more successful in and out of the gym. It is very clean and and the gym provides clean towels and numerous cleaning products to ensure consistent cleanliness.

AWESOME!!! Brand new boutique style box serving the Juno Beach and Jupiter communities. Coach, program and facility are just awesome. The owners Kellie and Adam keep the facility sparkling clean with sanitizers between classes and plenty of cleaning supplies for members to use before/after work outs. They even have a kids room perfect for my little ones to hang out during training sessions. Highly recommend Crossfit Seadog for every level of athlete from competitive cross-fitter to the mom who just wanted to look good in a bathing suit!

So many great things about this gym! I dropped in from out of town and wasn’t sure what to expect from a gym in a shopping center but WOW! First and foremost, the facility and equipment are beautifully maintained. The husband and wife owners are hands on and one maintained the front desk while the other coached. Sea-Dog has the most well stocked drink cooler I’ve ever seen in a gym with all types of recovery drinks and waters. The merchandise for sale is of the highest quality and my new hat is a favorite! The bathrooms are GORGEOUS with showers and brand new fixtures and clean white tile. The coolest part though, was the kegerator of local Tequesta Brewing Company beer on tap as a bonus post-wod treat. A+++ I would 100% recommend Sea-Dog to any locals searching for a Crossfit community.
