Charged for repair that made my car worse than it was before I brought it to Finish Line. Because of their mistake with the front end suspension I incurred $2000 at tires plus so mechanic at Finish Line could finish the job. Still not fixed. Owner States he will not fix it and repair the mistake bc the invoice is vague and not itemized. Im an 81 year old Korean veteran and this car is the only one I own that my wife and I can get in and out easiest plus it has A/C. currently we have to use an old Tahoe with no air. Im very disappointed
By far the best service I have had, the team is very knowledgeable, they take time and explain everything in detail and are patient with customers. Great customer service !

This shop does not back up their work. The owner could care less about you. no customer service skills at all. Empty promises. forced to continue legal action through state of Florida attorney general. Get another opinion.

Unfortunately the customer service and standing by their repairs was below the lowest of standards. An 80 year old Korean War veteran brought his car to be fixed for the front end suspension, but their mechanic made it worse then it was originally. Incurred additional costs for alignment. Finish Line later let him go for his poor work and promised he will make things right and fix the front end as promised originally, however he changed his mind and wanted another $1000 after I already spent over $5000 in car repairs. It’s frustrating and sad.I had to file a complaint with local and state consumer affairs and have now hired an attorney to resolve this disagreement. I assuming the owner doesnt make customer service a priority when he should realize we pay his salary the customers and Im big on treating people fairly and I dont like doing this but I have to because my dad is a senior citizen veteran and I feel bad for how this owner is treating my dad. On top of that they specialize in body repair they dont even fix cars they are an auto body repair this sucks. The pictures taken below is when I went to pick the car up they pulled the bumper off and tried to say I brought it in like that which is false
