Sean Valley is the absolute worst in customer service and customer satisfaction I have ever seen! Do anything to stay away from this Allstate agent he will do nothing for you when it becomes crunch time in a issue!

DISHONEST COMPANY: most reviews are from the owner and his employees, not actual customers!This company sent me a quote. I put a $1500 non refundable deposit based on their quote. 2 days of emails going back and forth and then they tell me they can’t do it.I lost $1500 because they don’t honor their own bids.Poor company. Apparently I am not in good hands.

Too expensive I have been with Allstate for more than 8 years and is a constant increase of the bill, I was in a car accident for the first time in my entire life as a driver they raised my car insurance $40 more on the top what they were already raising the price of the insurance before the car accident, never had a ticket before always pay on time loyal customer doesnt count, stay away from them.
