Moved here from out of state and needed to show proof of insurance before I could get a DL here in Florida.I was told by them I could go to the DMV and just give their name.I went there, went through security at the Court House, took a number and waited. Finally got to the front of the line and was told NO--and they didnt understand how my insurance agent could tell me that.SO...I went home and called them pretty angry. Fast forward another WEEK of their bungling. I still havent had anything finished by this agency!Ive never an accident or ticket and had been with Allstate for 10+ years!I finally called the Ricardo agency and had my proof of insurance in TWO HOURS.Totally incompetent! Totally rude! Ridiculous customer service. Find someone else! Lord!
