I have been working with Jupiter Coverage Corp for a couple of years know and trust them with my auto, home and golf cart insurance. Taylor and the rest of the team are prompt to respond to emails and messages that send their way. They also go out of their way to help reduce my premium costs. For example, my home coverage jumped substantially this year as I am sure everyone elses in Florida did too... Taylor took the time to review my wind mitigation report and called me to discuss why a certain section was marked that I did not have full coverage of impact windows. I then called the wind mitigation company and found out that I had one door that was not impact rated which caused the report to be marked in a certain way. I was able to replace the door for about $1,200, but my reduction in premium was roughly $2,500 per year.This is the kind of customer service that I wish every company gave their clients... makes you feel like you are part of the family!
