Switching to State Farm was the best decision I could have made! I want to first give a shout out to the best agent there 👨‍🏫Charlie 😁. My little brother told me about state farm, and to give Charlie a call, and boy Im glad I did. I was with another insurance company for 15 years, and you would think they would give a loyal customer some kind of discount. Instead they skyrocketed my monthly bill, and there excuse was that they are under new management👎. Im so glad I made the switch. Charlie not only help decrease my bill by half of what I was paying, but he made me feel like a valued customer of State Farm 😀.Thanks again Charlie, and thank you State farm for hiring agents who actually know and love what there doing!! 🤗

State Farm is the best, I was just shopping around to get a better quote than what I was currently paying. I use to pay 180.00 but now I’m paying under half of that price I’m so excited. My rep Charlie C is so awesome I have been telling most of my friends about switching over to State Farm because it’s a really good company. Rating a 1 is being very generous. I have been trying to get my policy information changed for quite sometime. Actually, since November of 2018. I have had nothing but excuses as to why the information was not changed. To be honest I have not been able to speak with the same person twice. As of today 8 April 19 it is still not corrected. The office and staff are inconstant turnover/turmoil is the order of the day at this office. Experience is limited at best. It seems as though Jessica the experienced one refuses to return calls. I left Jessica Corns Agency and went to a more reputable agent after experiencing a lack of Customer Service and a complete break down of communication. It has been my experience that this agent and the staff do not place the Customer First.. It is my personal belief that this agent will not follow ethics when completing your paperwork. I would make sure that all paperwork is in order and would warn others from working with this agent. The Agency is not RELIABLE!!!!!!!

My family has been with State Farm for years. We absolutely love this agency!

My family had been doing business with this company for many years. This business changed a lot as the new owner took over for the worst. My husband got into an accident and very fast they got rid of us with no consideration for the many years we were given them the money. They are like many of those companies who only want your money but when is time to stand up for you, the only answer they have is that is not cover, and full cover is not full coverage. As a customer when you have an accident you need help and no you dont find that in this company.
