This is the second home in which I have had Miklos install and maintain my AC. I find the maintenance plan they offer invaluable to keep my unit in optimum condition in this Florida heat. The service people are always professional and knowledgeable, and I I trust their advice and diagnosis. I have had two occasions to call on a weekend with a problem, and they returned my call promptly. I recommend Miklos!

My HVAC system outside unit stopped working on Sunday evening. I called Miklos Monday at 8am. They had a tech on-site at 8:45, he diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the part in his truck. He went to their shop and picked one up and brought it right back and installed it, then checked the system over completely. Excellent service and response. Wouldn’t go anywhere else on a bet. These guys are the BEST!

Amanda was AMAZING! My A/C needed some routine maintenance but required a little more elbow grease than usual. She was also very thorough in her explanation of what was being done and why. Prior to her arrival the Miklos Air office called to let me know she was be to my house within 15 minute (which she was). Very professional overall. I highly recommend Miklos Air!

I used this company to install a new a/c unit in my house, order my a/c filters and take care of my yearly maintenance. I deeply regret doing business with this company after speaking to Steve Miklos regarding a service call to my home. I was advised by my insulation contractor to call the owner regarding his technicians findings in regards to my leaking a/c vents. As soon as Steve Miklos picked up the phone to speak to me the tone of his voice was very angry. Not only have I never spoke to this man, I had not even explained to him why I was calling him. I proceeded with the questions I had and he continued in his ANGRY and RUDE tone to answer me with very short answers. He told me he would speak with the technician that came out and get back to me. I called and left a couple of messages and he never called back. I had to call another a/c company to get the job finished. I deeply regret doing business for 7 years and spending money with this company. I have worked for both an electrical and a plumbing contractor, and if any customer was to call either one of these guys with questions they would have talked to them in a professional and respectful manner.

Technician very knowledgeable. Had my downed A/C unit back up and running in less than 20m.Most importantly, I felt comfortable with technicians diagnosis and not scammed like the initial company I tried dealing with.Would definitely recommend and plan to use in the future.

Have used them before to purchase an AC unit for 2 different homes in Jupiter and they were easy to deal with. I now have a maintenance agreement on an older AC unit in a condo that I recently purchased. Always arrive in a timely manner & professional.

I have used Miklos several times for different needs. They have installed ducting for range hoods, bathroom fans, fixed duct leaks, and fixed a whistling return that I couldnt fix myself. They were on-time, explained needs and costs very clearly and simply. The techs have also been very clean in their work, which says a lot for an HVAC company. I will continue to use them in the future.

We have an older well-maintained heat pump/AC system that while running well I noticed was frosting a bit at the suction line I wanted to attack the issue but at the same time the established company we used previously sold out to a firm we simply did not trust so we were also hunting down a new HVAC company.Miklos Air, Inc. came to us by referral from our trusted irrigation man who also runs a family owned and operated business. I know his word is his bond so I trust his judgement. I phoned Miklos in the morning. I expressed that I am a new customer. Unlike others phoned before the referral, one with a strong New York accent had a bird screeching in the background and wanted to schedule us two weeks later but this was not the case here at Miklos. Miklos was prompt to answer. The woman who answered saved me time by getting me straight to the woman who takes care of scheduling. They were also extremely polite on the phone and professional in their handling. The woman on the phone asked about coming out the following day, then paused and asked if the same day was good between 1-3pm to which I agreed. They phoned precisely around 1:30pm that their man was on his way. David their service manager arrived precisely on time. I explained what was going on and he went to work. I was very impressed with David. He thoroughly checked our entire system from our blower motor with testing to our condenser coil to our compressor unit of our heat pump. All good and this was a minor issue to resolve. We discussed replacement units come late Fall early Winter, which I brought up to him. I have developed a good radar for those trying to Palm Beach us on service calls. David was likeable, genuine, professional and knowledgeable. There was no salesman pitch. David had the attitude if it can be fixed fix it, if it isnt broke do not go into something to create a problem. I liked everything about him and his character.I am very particular with who I have work on our house, and who I retain for future work. I rarely give reviews but I can say for HVAC in and around the Village of North Palm Beach I highly recommend this firm without reservation. You will not be disappointed. I know we werent. They have gained a new long term customer.

Had a leak & coils were frozen. Brian came out right away & fixed the problem.

The technical service was perfect. The AC shut down during the night and after the service was provided, it was working fine. The problem is how they treat the customer.The technician left the premises without telling us that everything was OK. When I called to ask what was going on, the lady who took my call explained that everything was OK, the unit showed no problems, measurements on some tech parameters were performed and everything was working perfectly.I asked her why wasnt I notified that the service was completed. This is where the excuses started. We dont speak with the tenants, only with the landlord. The technician said the lady at home didnt speak English. My wife is not 100% fluent but was fluent enough to tell the guy to wear a mask when he entered into the house.This back and forth conversation as to justify why wrong was right, really upset me.Today, I have no clue as to why the system stopped, what I could have done to reset it, and I leave with the feeling this can happen again and I will be helpless. A customer should not feel like that.I firmly believe that customer care is just as important as the service provided, and this lady should learn that too.

We used Miklos air for the first time a few weeks ago. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs. This company provided knowledgeable and professional service on time at a reasonable cost. A tough combination to get these days.Jeff did a thorough check of our system. He topped up the refrigerant which was a little low. That made a huge difference. Previous service providers never even checked the level.He changed the filter and examined the system inside and out.We honestly felt as though it was the first time our system had been properly serviced in years. Lasy year we had Miklos install a new Trane HVAC system at our home in Jupiter. The install went as planned and scheduled, and the job came out great. About a month ago, I scheduled for them to come out and do an annual maintenance check of the system. They confirmed the appointment several days before the appointment and called when they were on their way over today. Jeff, the technician was very professional and communicated everything he did.This is all you can ask for in a vendor. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, for how much they said it will cost. Very satisfied.

Moved down here almost 7 years ago. AC system was older in our house. Came home Easter Sunday night -NO AC. called Miklos because they serviced the previous owner. They showed up in 30 minutes, replaced the defective pump and said we would discuss payment on Monday. Been using them ever since. And so is my son and my friends. Had them replace the old unit with a more efficient one. Recently bought another house. Had them install a new system here and they replaced all the duct work. They are the best in my opinion. Their service is awesome. They come when you call. It’s that simple.
