We called them at about 3:30pm on Monday as our Nest thermostat wasn’t working (error message read no power to thermostat) — the house was getting warm!! The lady on the phone said she could have a technician out here between 5-6pm.At 4:45 the technician was at the house and was professional, he started to work on the issue and had everything resolved within 30 mins. He even showed us some a/c maintenance “tricks” that nobody has ever told or shared with us. Overall the service was fast, friendly, reliable and very prompt. The cost was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.

My AC stopped working Saturday September 4 late afternoon. It had reached 80 degrees. A service man Nathan came promptly early that evening. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The capacitor when tested had completely failed. They had replaced it 33 days before. Nathan installed a new one that he had in stock in his trunk. AC turned on immediately! I bought the AC unit from Stephen K 4 years ago and have them service my unit twice a year.Stephen the owner called me this am to tell me he will cancel all labor charges because the same part failed in a few days over a month. I have a 10 year warranty on all parts so no cost for that either.I highly recommend Stephen K Denny AC for purchases and/or service. My experience with Brian in consultation for the work to be done was excellent. The installation by Sherwin and Watson was very professional. Great company! They’re not going to be the cheapest price offered, but throughout the life of your AC, they will be. I have them do semi-annual maintenance and my AC units run like a top. They’re responsive, professional and know what they’re doing. I’ve had them install new units in rental properties and maintain existing units and trust them completely.

The people of S K Denny have all done a great job and been very supportive. Unfortunately, the 2 Lennox Systems we installed through a Costco purchase program have continued to be constantly problematic and needing repair.

We received excellent service from Stephen K Denny, we had our AC replaced, including new duct work in 2019. We knew we wanted to install a Train product and they provided exactly what we were looking for and without trying to push a different product on us like other companies did. Their pricing was very competitive ( we had 4 quotes) and we are very happy with the new unit and the installation. Their crew was friendly and professional, showed up when they said they would and the job went exactly as quoted. Recently the thermostat was damaged during other work at our home as we were preparing to leave town. We could not maintain the unit running so we called them, and they responded immediately and rushed a technician out to replace the thermostat before we left the next morning. The Techs that come out are always respectful & helpful. It is just frustrating that Lennar makes an a/c that needs to have a tech come out in the first place. Also, when job is completed-one would think that the office would send you a copy of the bill, since everything is done electronically

The technicians and receptionist are outstanding, superior. Since they switched to automated receipts, I have never received a single receipt no matter how many times i call and am told, Its on the way. Otherwise i would have given five stars.

Stephen K Denny A/C was the third company we called to fix our A/C system. The first 2 companies spent a total of 14-15 hours trying to fix the problem. Both companies were asked to leave by me. When the technician from Stephen K Denny showed up it took him 2 hrs to trouble shoot and fix our system. I now have a new A/C company who will receive all of the work in my home and my friends homes. Hats off for a well run company!

Be aware of inferior equipment installed poorly

We replaced our 18 year old Trane A/C system with a new Lennox A/C system through a Costco Home Services Program late in 7/2020. The contractor Costco used in our case was Stephen K. Denny Inc. The entire process was timely, efficient and professionally managed. Every person that Ive had contact with at the firm has been very helpful. To date the new system has been much more efficient and weve already seen a cost savings. Costco is a top tier company and obviously they have chosen a top tier vendor in our geographic area for this service.

It has been a long time since I can say that I was absolutely happy with an Air Conditioning Company. Our old system died and we had a few companies come in for an estimate. The salesman Mike came to my house and was extremely knowledgeable and super polite and nice. I felt like I knew him for years and he made us feel very comfortable about S.K.D. A/C. Not only did S.K.D. A/C already have great reviews, but they lived up to those reviews. Out of 4 companies, they came in with the best price for a top of the line A/C, plus their warranty is 2 years on their labor, where everyone else is only one year (which is an incredible deal). Salesman Mike made me feel like that I can trust his company. Installers Sherwin and Sam came to my house and were super nice, polite and did an amazing job. After my A/C was installed they did a incredible job on the clean up, better than it was originally . They are a Trane Comfort Specialist, a certification that they have to have special training from Trane and it shows. They just earned a customer for life and I have went through a lot of A/C companies. They were very professional, polite, clean, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C needs.

My A/C was not working. They came within 24 hours to get it up and running on a temporary basis until a new part could be delivered. Permanent fix was done within days and there was no charge as they easily honored their warranty.

From the selling of my unit to me, and its subsequent installation in May of 2019, I have found this Stephen K Denny to be highly responsive and timely in their responses to my questions. The installed unit they put in works fabulously for my house here in Palm Beach County, FL. They were a connected representative of COSTCO so I expected great service and sure enough they have been. Only issue I ever had was the new thermostat I had installed and they promptly retuned to set it for the way I had wanted it. All good now. Highly recommend this business for HVAC needs.

Took them a week to get a part. The tech was here for 15 minutes total. Unscrewed 8 bolts . Put new fan motor and Re-screwed Them . 267$ . Not including the 98$ diagnostics fee. What is the same reason I work on my own vehicle is now the same reason I will forever fix my own AC huge rip off in every sense of the word

For over a month my wife, daughter and I read all the reviews, asked neighbors, interviewed companies big and small including the big box stores looking for quality equipment, great service and excellent value for the money spent. Like most people, making a major home purchase stressed us, we wanted to make the right choice, one we could be satisfied with and the company with the smiling face logo was it. From Mike, our honest straight forward sales person to the friendly, polite voices in the Denny office it started well. It continued with our installers/technicians, Sam and Sherwin, who arrived on time, were well neat, clean, well mannered and hard working. When a challenge arose due to the age, wear and tear of our home’s electrical system they called Alvarado and Dario who quickly arrived on site to consult and help resolve the issue. Remove all the old electrical wiring from the AC system inside and out and replace it new wiring. So they removed the old wiring and ran new wiring from outside, into the garage through attic and then down into the AC in the house. Quick and HonestAir was not working and in south Florida in June not something you want to go down. Stephen Denny made an appointment and to my surprise (in south Florida) they gave me a time and John was perfect.Once I told him everything he quickly accessed the panel and told me a quick fix. I will never go anywhere else!

Found out through another reputable HVAC company the install was so poor that multiple failures have occurred due to negligence. We just install it. They didnt address issues which led to internal condensation then multiple electrical problems which has caused major component failure and subsequent parts replacement. Thank goodness Trane doesnt mind fixing and paying for other companies issues. Also finally figured out the unit is not the correct size for the house so the condensation from the duct work has caused damage. Excuses and blame. Please contact me if you would like details.

These guys have been servicing my HVAC for over a year and I am very happy with their service. Prompt, professional, and able to answer my every question and give me good advice regarding how to best cool my apartment while limiting humidity.

Installation and service people have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Dustin was VERY helpful on the telephone. Only issue for me is response time, which has been ok but not great. I understand that response cannot be immediate, but in the sweltering heat of the summer, when the A/C is down, minutes become hours.

He was professional, courteous & triple checked his work ensuring the clog was completely gone. Im happy that he was able to get it working again.
