I drive a School Bus and I use the first part of the Drive to turn around because it is on a Dead end road.They are nice enough to let the 2 or 3 Buss get turned around. Also a neighbor has said that we can use his Driveway in order to get turned around and get back on our way.

We were locked out of our semi truck and called Santa Fe Tow Service. The gentleman came had our truck unlocked quick. Great service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My son SUV was in the ditch. The young guy acted like he didnt know what he was doing. It took less than 15 minutes to pull him out and was charge 150.00. Then the guy took pictures of our debit card. As long as we pay and it goes through he doesnt need a picture of our debit card card. So now we have to get a new debit card and close that one out. We dont recommend this company and feel like they are way to high. 150.00 for under 15 minutes is highway robbery. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

They towed my car last night and when I attempted to pick my car up; They tried to tell me that I could not take my car because my temporary tags were one week expired. They said legally I don’t own the car. I had to go to the DMV. The DMV told me that I needed to get the car inspected before I could get it tagged. I had to call a police officer to meet me out at the towing company so I can get my car. Thos took threee hours to complete and was wayyyyyy overpriced!!!!!! This place lives on price gouging and is horrible with customer service. I would never never never recommend this company.

Had our semi towed last night and I’m really impressed with this company. Lady at the office was Really nice and professional. I called few other towing nearby and they were streight our ride and hung up as if I’m no body. This company on other hand, helped me figure out where the nearest detroit diesel was and guided us to where we should go and also looked after we were done talking and her calling back with more info to help us. She did not want us to be at wrong shop! I’ll recomend them to anyone needling their service. You’ll not go wrong. Driver also praised the Driver. He was kind, polite and professional! Thank you!

I was on my drive to Dallas with a vehicle I purchased in Missouri and in the evening the car over heated due to a ripped fan belt. Michael picked me up at a golf course of off 37. All the mechanics were closed but he suggested a mechanic who happened to be very close to a motel and even called them in the morning to make sure they took care of me first. God bless you Michael thank you for being so kind brother.

This place is the definition of a racket. Paid 2k for a School Bus and had to leave it at a gas station due to an issue with the ignition. After finding it has be towed illegally from the gas station, SanteFe charged 1500 to releasethe bus, which included 75 dollar a day storage for weekends when they wouldnt release the vehicle. I will be filing suit. They did not honor the law in respect to towing requirements and price gouged on storage while denying access.. All for a vehicle that was legally parked. When the did release the vehicle, the tore up three other vehicles with there fork lift to allow room for the bus to be removed.. glad I dont own those cars!

Fri 5/6/16. Blew the motor in my truck. Santa Fe stopped, ask if needed help. Young man by the name of Matthew hooked me up and delivered my car to me in Springfield. Very knowledgeable and polite guy made my troubles seem so much better. Thanks for your help.

Misty and her team at Santa Fe Towing came through for during a last minute complication loading our toy-lending mobile unit onto a flatbed for transport to its new community. Expedient, inexpensive, and professional!

525 for a tow and 7 days storage. Immediately charged a 165 fee bc they filed for a abandoned title. Unfair

Price gouging while doing a tow with the city. Just over half a year I had been in a nasty accident. Santa Fe towing charged me 80$ for a motorcycle tow and 35$ per night of holding fees. I called them 1 week after my accident and they told me it was 25$ for a motorcycle tow and 12.50 a night of holding fee. Tried to get my belonging for the bike and they told me to screw off. Tried to get my attorney to talk to them and they told him to screw off. A.K.A the fee is over 1000$ and the accident was not my fault.

Santa Fe Tow is a rip off. Paid 400 for less than a mile. Horrible service also. Dont use them.
