Our son and grandson were traveling from Michigan to Texas and had truck trouble. It was very stressful as they were so far from home. We called numerous towing services in the area with disappointing results. When we called Coats Towing, they picked up the phone immediately and after we explained the situation, were more than happy to help. They arrived in less than ten minutes, fixed the problem, and got them back on the road. We couldn’t be happier with their service and genuine concern for our family. Highly recommend and so appreciate them!!

Had my car, tools8 month old puppy stolen. The guy who did it left or at 15th laundry matt. Tow truck driver broke window out saved dog but never turned it over to the cops he will not give him back and I cant get my tools and car either

Keith was great. He was friendly, knowledgable, and had a great attitude. Due to icy roads, we had to take a detour and he was quick on his feet to figure out the best and safest route to go. I would definitely recommend!

I was towed in due to a hit and run that put me in the hospital. Once I was out I called Coats to see if I could get some stuff out of my car and my tow guy, Patrick, was absolutely amazing! He was super nice, very professional and he went above and beyond the next day when I had forgotten one very important thing out of my car!! I would definitely use Coats again just because Patrick!!!! Fantastic!!!

Had a blowout on the interstate at 9pm on a sunday. Called and had an answer in 2 rings, was picked up in less than 15 minutes and driven from Joplin to Neosho quickly and efficiently. Cheapest rates around, fastest service, and would reccomend this company to anyone.Would give more than 5 stars if possible. :p

My wife, my kids and I were recently involved in an accident while traveling through the area on our way to Houston. Joplin Police called Coats towing to come tow our car off of the interstate. Our tow driver, Tommy, was great. He got our kids in his truck and out of the rain, he made sure that they had toys to play with or movies to watch while he towed our now destroyed car to the side of the road. He made us as comfortable as he could while explaining the process of what was happening and that was worth more than anything we had to pay. The whole process only ended up costing us a little over a hundred bucks, I would have paid that for a cab to take us to the airport but the tow operator seemed more than happy to drop us off at the Hertz Rental Car Service and even made sure we had everything and were ready to go before he left. The insurance company has been an absolute nightmare to work with, Coats towing was a godsend. 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend if youre ever in a time of need, they treated my family great and that small town hospitality is hard to find now days.
