Idk if you do business with comers wreckers service but they ripped me off today. I left $80 in my car so they could tow it. They told me it was gonna be $65. Instead of leaving my change they took all of it. When i called back to ask about it. They denied and said they had no control over what there drivers do. Not a huge deal on $15 but just letting yall know that’s how they run there business.

300$ the first night over 100$ a mile, rude as could be, payed 880$ to get my motorcycle back. Not class pistol packing people...

Arrived on time to tow my car because it had a flat and I didnt have a spare. When he went to pull it up on the truck, it caused a part of my car to be half ripped off due to it being pulled up uncarefully. The guy acted like it was still there and immediately asked if I had pictures of it before to see if he was screwed. Of course I wouldnt have, since nobody randomly takes random pictures of normal parts of their cars. I was stuck with paying for repairs and had no proof of what happened. Would not recommend, they will likely cause damage to your vehicle and say too bad.

Showed up when they said they would. Very very friendly and even offered to stay with me until my ride came to pick me up. Would definitely use again and recommend.

They are a rip off, charged $105 and they didnt even have the flat bed down all the way. The police even knew I was on my way to pick the car up myself after my son was rear-ended. The car was still able to be driven. It was parked on the side of the road in a legal parking space.

I broke down on a 10 degree day, they had me picked up in 15 minutes. Prompt, courteous, professional. Thank you James, thank you Dave. I appreciate you guys.

Payed to have my truck towed now my truck shakes violently in front also bent front steering arm and sway bar tryed to say i hit something my truck was fine other than fuel problem i fixed after being towed also asked why i waited 3 weeks to say somthing it was 11 days to be exact had to fix my truck befor i would notice something else was wrong once i got on hwy was when i realized something was wrong

We had to have our car towed from a accident Friday and went Monday to clean everything out and they went through the car and took a couple things out of the car. They said the trunk was open which I have pictures of when the car was behind the wrecker. I walked around the car before he left. What kind of service is that? They had no reason what so ever to take anything I mean anything out of the car!!!

They were not able to help get my vehicle out from being stuck in mud due to their wench truck being unavailable due to a car accident, however, they arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and quickly recommended another company who was able to complete the job.Comers did not charge a fee to come to the location due to no work being attempted.Some companies wouldnt have recommended another company, but they were more concerned with the customer and the situation..sometimes that isnt easy to find and can be invaluable during a small crisis.

On 3/30 at 5:00 AM I called Comers to respond to a hotel where I spent the night and discovered a flat tire on the pickup. Tried several wrecker services and nobody could change the flat for 3 hours. I spoke to Dakota at Comers who promptly sent a driver to my aide. It was a cold and rainy morning but the driver got down on his side on the wet street to position the jack and changed the flat. Thank you for your true dedication. Some of the nicest people are in Missouri.

My niece called and needed a tow. Im in Texas and was apprehensive of paying over the phone. My reciept was sent to me in minutes. Ronnie was so nice and understanding. They got to her quick . Very professional. Thanks guys for helping my niece! ❤

Professional, efficient, and friendly.

Mike towed my vehicle in the middle of the night and he was friendly, but on the phone some of the other workers were unprofessional. They are not timely in any manner but will do a good job transporting your vehicles. Their price for towing and storage is average. For a tow of less than 1 mile and storage for 3 days the bill was just shy of $400. That is high but I believe I was charged due to technicalities for the day before as well as the day after. They can work with many insurances and Like all tow companies offer a 24 hour service. They were willing to meet me and make arrangements for me to empty the contents of my vehicle.

I called them for roadside service and they show up less than 15 minutes and they fix my problem less than an hour they professional they know what they doing and it is very fair price and thanks 👍👍👍

My car was towed here and broken in to the same night. My car was the only car that was burglarized and the whole situation was extremely suspicious. The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because the staff repaired my busted in window and they didnt charge me for the additional time for repair. Nothing against the staff, but if you are keeping peoples property, including their personal items, you should have cameras and you should be responsible if something like this happens.My tips are to always ask beforehand if there are cameras and what is the policy when there is a robbery or damage.

These guy are great was able to get a tow from joplin to pittsburg for a very reasonable price. Driver was friendly and very professional. I hope they never get my business again but if I need a tow in the Joplin area it will be from them.

This towing company is completely ruthless. My car was on the side of a road, the sheriffs requested it to be towed before 24 hrs with no notice. This towing company is charging 215 dollars and 35$ a day for storage. This company is very greedy with no remorse for the common man please dont give them business.
