I asked for square sport cut, with 2 ombre nails on each hand... I got coffin tip, super long AWFUL looking/feeling nails & then they charged me and additional $20! He cut open 3 fingers on one hand and 2 on the other.. I will NEVER go back not even to get them fixed... The guy made it very obvious that watching tv on his phone was more important than a paying customer! Rude and terrible looking nails!

I don’t like this place at all. I feel like I paid $40 for press on nails. All of my nails have came off and I haven’t even had them a week. I will never be going back here. Not to mention the male who was doing my sisters nails was very rude and rough. The lady also cut my finger while doing my nails, didn’t even get a discount or anything. She laughed and said “sorry”. Hate this place. Never coming back.

I went with some friends to get pedicures and one of the girls had to get her acrylic nails removed. The pedicures went great, but the nail removal was AWFUL! The sign specifically said “soak off removal”, but they used a fake nail to physically pry her nails off and did not soak them at all! It was an extremely painful experience for her and her nails are still hurting her like crazy today. This is a cheap and damaging way to remove nails and should not be a common practice at any salon. What the heck Kiss?!?

The girl did an okay job on my nails, but client service could be much better. She did not act like she wanted to be there, or wanted me there. wouldnt talk to me, and didnt even acknowledge when I said my nails look great, thank you so much..nothing. My philosophy is this..if Im giving you my money, you can at least look me in the eye and say THANK YOU or YOURE WELCOME! Learn some manners.

The workers there were very rude to everyone that walked in. My sister & I both got manicures. My sisters was done very poorly and they barely did anything to her hands/fingernails. I asked for a design on my ring finger- it was terrible. I asked her to remove it. Once she removed it, she just walked away. While I was there, a little girl and her dad came in. They put her feet in the water & then they waited an hour for anyone to even go over there to them. I will NEVER return to this business.

I wasnt impressed especially the price. They cut me he burned me with the durn drill.

My daughters and I had our nails dipped before our upcoming Disney trip, and Kiss did such an awesome job! They painted my mickey, but I printed out the vinyl stitch and hibiscus designs for my daughter.

They did a wonderful job on my nails and the price was very reasonable.

Had a bad day! But the girls fix my mood. They got what I expected! Especially MAI. Her one cut got to the shortest length that I wanted my toe to be. The massage was awesome. Finish touch polishing fast and perfect with the cutest design I have ever seen. Tried out the dipping powder at other places and several time here, but she is the only one did my nails that lasted for over three weeks. She told me: We understand our customers work hard for their money, therefore, we had to give both qualitative and honest work. I got a deluxe pedicure, which costed $35, and I got exactly 40 minutes to relax. Trust me, if at the other places around town, you would have to get out before you knew. Definitely recommend Kiss Nails! No rush and honest staffs. They really put their heart and mind into the services. Gotta talk to Mai more about her boyfriend next time I see her. She seemed very happy about him.

Okay the lady was very nice and she did a some what good job but she don’t let my nails dry enough so when I went to grab my phone they where messed up and she did my moms nails and she didn’t file them or get the gunk out form under her nails or mine

The owner refused to fix my very thin nails and proceeded to incorrectly remove broken nails from my fingers. She pulled the nails off of my fingers instead of removing them with acetone. She also blamed lifting nails on me and proceeded to deny that the work that her nail tech did was poor. She also caused a scene instead of just fixing the nails that had problems.

So, my nails look good, BUT i didnt get the cuticle treatment, nor was the etiquette even close to acceptable. First, it was pleasant, until the guy doing my nails coughed his cigarette breathe directly into my face multiple times. His cough went directly in my mouth twice. Also, he kept looking at his watch, so I felt like that was why he skipped all the nail care. I.e clipping skin and cuticles around my nail bed, using the dremmel under my nails etc. Also, the tech next to us was giving my bosses daughter a manicure, and while she did great and was super sweet, she told her that I wasnt as pretty as her because I had to pay for my lashes. I dont mind not being pretty, but dont say ugly thinga to a child, because she may turn around and say that to someone one day and get in trouble. So, now i have chunks of acrylic under my nails and a low self esteem but i will live. Lol. Lesson learned about this salon. Also, my tech kept stopping me to tell HIM please. This of course, was all the while he was coughing his Marlboro reds into my mouth.

Worst experience I have ever had, I went into get prom nails done. She did the exact opposite of what I had asked for. My nails are throbbing from the amount of filing she did on my actual nails. Long story short, when I pointed out that they were crooked she was hateful and rough with my hands. I will not be back, and I would not refer this nail salon to anyone.
