I was there a few weeks ago and they did a great job fixing a power steering leak and an oil change. The ladies at the front counter were very nice and made me feel welcome. They advised me of other things that need work as well so I have another appointment tomorrow. They will be my go to garage from now on.

Ive taken our cars to Gideons for several years and I have always had an amazing experience. Ileah at the front desk is extremely knowledgable and can usually diagnose my car before the mechanics even look at it! Gideons team is fast, affordable and honest. I havent found a shop in Joplin that puts my mind at ease at much as Gideons does.

I have a 2015 GMC Sierra that was damaged during front end collision. Gideons worked with local body shop to get the mechanical items on truck repaired very quickly. The truck drives great and steering is tight and crisp. Ive been a repeat customer for years. The shop is clean the staff is friendly and they do repairs right the first time. I have had talked with many other people that feel the same way. I highly recommend Gideons to everyone!

Of all the mechanics I have been to, Gideons have my trust!!!! May cost just a bit more, but u get what u pay for. Of all the work they have done for me, I have no complaints & dont mind paying for their work which is well done! Most mechanics I have to try keeping an eye on my vehicle to make sure extra work was done or to make sure they are doing the work at all! But Gideons have earned my trust & advertise for them when I hear someone needing a good mechanic!!!!!

Reasonably good service for most car repair needs. I have had to return several times for correction of repairs, however. All eventually completed satisfactory.

Had to tow my car in to be fixed. Was unsure of where to go. They were very nice and I appreciated the fact that they quoted me a price to fix it, then actually ended up charging me alot less. Which is usually the opposite elsewhere. I know where to go with my vehicles now!!!!

Currently the only auto shop that I trust.I have been cheated multiple times in Springfield, which makes me leery of every shop I go to other than Gideons.The fast, friendly service has bought my business for the foreseeable future. Which says something because it is an hour and a half drive to get here.
