They replaced my brakes in a timely manner

We were driving thru from Arkansas to omaha and had a check engine light come up. We googled car repair (since Toyota in Joplin said they couldn’t fit us in) and find ivey’s. They got us right in. Scanned the car computer and replaced the part in less that an hour!!!! They were SO nice and SO helpful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP. Upon changing my lower ball joints, I took my vehicle to get inspected. They failed my vehicle stating, “Your lower ball joints are shot.” They then tried nickle and dime me to “replace my ball joints”. The mechanics at this shop are not qualified to fix vehicles, let alone to inspect them! Definitely a waste of my time and money. Don’t make the same mistake I made, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Best repair shop Ive ever been to

So, my car broke down and after some hunting on google I found this place with a good amount of positive reviews.I called them, and they were able to take my car the next day, diagnosed the car correctly gave me a very reasonable quote for the problem, and repaired it the same day for the price that was quoted to me.Honestly, although it was brief; it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a auto shop and if you’ve spent the time to read this, you know how hard you that is to find. Highly recommended!

Was so THANKFUL to find Iveys on my travels during Christmas time! Our car was not drivable and they came to the rescue. They went over the call of duty to care for my family and I. WOW♥️NO CHARGE!!! On a trip up from Dallas to St. Louis, I had a mechanical issue, Ivey s is Honest and caring! The guys at Ivey’s are kind gentlemen! Simply the Best! Genuine no BS! I brought my suv in because it was making a terrible noise, turns out it was the A/C compressor. I was early just before they opened. A mechanic was just walking into work, and stated that they were booked about 1 week out, but the mechanic took time to diagnose and remove the A/C compressor belt so I did not get stranded! When he was finished he walked in and said your ready to go, I asked how much, He replied “NO CHARGE”!!!! I insisted on payment but he laughed and said it’s before 8 AM! I could not thank him enough! Don’t waste time. Go to the best! Even if you have to wait! I went to them based on their reviews!

Excellent, very reasonable prices.I have a Subaru with warranty 4 ever. Need service every 6000 miles for the warranty. Iveys are 1/2 the price of the dealership. They went above and beyond what I expected and did not go over the estimate I was given. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went in for an oil change, and to have a rattle noise looked at. This mechanic comes out and tells me this dramatic story of my rotors being bad and blue, and how I shouldnt drive my truck far. It was some $6.49 hardware that I needed. He wanted $250. He just thought he spotted a poor defenseless woman, but my dad has had me in the garage more than I can recall. Scam artist is what he was.

I called about a problem with my car and they said they were booked, but that they could at least look at it to see whats wrong. It was a simple problem so they fixed it right away and explained what had happened. Theyve always done great work, been very helpful, and have great prices.

I took my Chevy cruze to them they did great work in a timely fashion and where very friendly and helpful!!! This will be where I take my vehicles when they need worked on!

My heater core went out on me and I had my car towed to this shop as a recommendation from a friend. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I paid almost $800 dollars for parts and labor... Soon after getting on the road I noticed water leaking into the passenger floor board, it was cold water which lead me to believe it was from the AC I called the shop right away and was told the mechanic probably didnt get the line pulled all the way out and they would be in touch to where I could take my car and assured me it wasnt a big deal and that I should continue with plans I had made to drive to Branson MO. So i did, well just before arriving at my destination the car began to leak antifreeze bad. I got to my hotel and waited until the next day to look at it closer. I couldnt tell where it was leaking and it was a Saturday so Iveys Service Center was closed so I drove my car home stopping every 10 miles to refill the radiator mind you the AC leak on the passenger side had became so bad there was standing water in the passenger side floor board and completely soaked all the way to the back of the rear floor board and I could hear the water sloshing inside the dash. I called the shop owner John that Monday and explained everything to him and he NEVER once apologized all he said was call the 800 number that we gave you with the warranty. Come to find out the new heater core was installed wrong and there is a coolant line leaking. I specifically asked that they check all coolant lines and pressure test the system once the heater core was installed. The mechanic I talked to on that Friday I asked did you all check over everything like I asked he said yeap and I said the pressure test revealed no problems? He says oh we dont have the fitting to pressure check Volks Wagons. So I strongly recommend anyone considering taking there vehicle to Iveys seriously re-consider... I paid $800 for nothing...
