This company was very hard to get a time to get them out here. did not care for the serviceman that came to do the work. the only reason they was out here was because of bestbuy. I will tell bestbuy do not send the out here again. the wife and i are very displease with this company

Ryan provided great customer service. He not only replaced my ice maker in a short time but also took the time to show me the old part and explained the inner workings and process of how ice is generated in the refrigerator and keeps it frozen. Great job!

L.G. called them and it took three days for them to come on 7/27, they said they would get the compressor in and be back in 10 days to two weeks. Today is 8/30, they have not come, called, they will not answer their phone or return calls, or texts or e-mails. I dont know how they can stay in business. Never, ever call this company

They were contracted out as a third party repair service through GE. They are not able to communicate directly with GE and would continuously have orders canceled or messed up. They were not helpful and were rude on the phone, complaining about how they were not being paid for the work. Finally GE said they would find a better third-party service to use.

Problem that many of the other. it looked like some of the work that needed to be done was not going to be covered under warranty. I was willing to discuss that with them but I couldnt get anyone to have a conversation with me. They didnt seem to care if I did business with them or not. They quoted me prices for a part that cost more than what the stove cost. When they found out I was going to give them a poor review they told me to call my company and have them send another service company out. This company doesnt deserve to even be in business.

Can’t never get a hold of them, called Monday through Friday 8-5 like they say they’re open and nothing! Straight to voicemail, left them voicemail, emails, text, absolutely no respond. Only email I got was to tell me my claim is completed when they never sent the technician to fix my dryer. It’s been over two months and I’m still dealing with this issue, is very annoying.

I wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to have Lowe’s send this company out. The repair man to came out was excellent, my issue lies with their customer service/coordination department. Every review listed by others on here is true and accurate.We have a currently unrepaired issue with our LG fridge. We had some weather challenges that caused the first appointment made to be missed- we were called that morning to be told that someone was coming out- no one showed. We understood bc of the weather and made no issue. We were NOT contacted to be rescheduled and after being unable to reach someone via phone we had to leave a voicemail. Ww never received a call back to reschedule, just a text with an appointment time, thankfully we were available also clearly ZERO consideration was taken into account for that. When we actually had our appointment- the issue was diagnosed by national repair centers repairman with details provided that a part had to be ordered. Days after the appointment i am communicated via text that even though my product is under warranty with Loews that i must reach out to LG to have this fridge repaired by LG bc of a warranty issue with LG. I was told that my incident was going to be closed out with them. After going back and forth with LG- who stated that they were unable to help, the unhelpful person at National Credit Repair said that they couldn’t help me as Lowe’s wouldn’t compensate them for the repair and that i needed to get back with Lowes.i called Lowe’s in tears as the time that the above events took 1.5 HOURS out of my insanely busy day. In my conversation with Lowes i was informed that this company NEVER reached out to Lowe’s to inform them of the issue or to inquire about it being covered. Lowes informed me that it WAS covered and had national repair center reached out they would have been informed of this. Instead of following a normal expected sequence events this company added HOURS of unnecessary work and anguish to ME. Now, there is an appointment scheduled to have the fridge repaired by a different company who was able to get the part in 48 hours and have scheduled to be repaired in 72.Additionally i agree that this company is difficult to get ahold of. Most communication is done via text which is incredibly confusing and is NOT showing excellent customer service. Instead of having long explanations over text - it should be a text to coordinate a PHONE CALL. Lowes needs to DROP this company as a service provider. Customer service should not be a dead and lost art. Customers should NOT have to utilize their resourcefulness to solve a problem. If this company is unwilling and unable to provide good customer service or handle LG appliances - they should refuse the jobs and handle less people. I am disgusted that any compensation could potentially be received by this company and that they may profit from incredibly poor business practices

I dont know if the problem is with GE or National Repair Center LLC. NRC asks me to make the calls, get the warranty ticket from the seller. All i want is my GE Profile refrigerator fixed. This will be NRC upcoming fifth trip to fix it. Not the kind of service from NRC or GE I would expect or hope for anyone.

Directed to them by Frigidaire for a warranty claim for the oven on my microwave/wall oven combo.After telling them multiple times it was the oven and sending the model and serial number, the “technician” showed up and says I’m here to look at your microwave. I told him again it was for the oven. He looks at it and tells me they don’t work on those and left.Scheduling an appointment with them is a mess, they don’t ask when you are available, they just send you a text with your random day. I had to call 3 times to tell them when I could be home for an appointment. Zero stars

After a long battle with Home Depot and Frigidaire over a fridge that had rust spots on and needed replacement I was directed to National Repair Centre on August 4th 2020, more than two months later I am hopefully getting my appliance repaired. The service and communication from National Repair Centre was appalling to say the least, only get an answering machine when trying to contact them. When they did finally call back was not treated like a customer but rather like an annoyance to them. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible experience. Dude would not wear a mask properly when asked to do so with 2 immuno-compromised people in the house. Argued what was wrong with the stove, the block is burnt he said it was new. Not personable at all and didnt want to do what we needed. Guess what? STILL BROKEN!!RECOMMEND FINDING YOURSELF A DIFFERENT REPAIR COMPANY!

Lowes sent them out..and just like another customer explained ..we had similar situation of them not wanting to fix our washer ...I dont know what else the guy did to our washer as we called for one issue ..now he left and our washers lights stayed all on ..didnt want to stop during cycle ...and now our machine doesnt want to work (turn on)..they told us to call Lowes and have someone else fix it

Absolute worst experience ever. Haley, who claims to be a supervisor, is the most heinous person on the planet to have to speak with. We have been without a dishwasher for 3 months. Tech came out and we never heard back from them again. I called several times only to be told the mailbox is full so I cant leave a message. Even Lowes employees say they wish we didnt have to use them because they are so incompetent. They actually told me they cant get the part due to the pandemic. The appliance store 2 miles from my house has that part in stock. I told Haley that and she told me to take my business elsewhere. Really, its just her and her horrible attitude during the entire call. I sincerely hope she gets fired.

Service request created by Samsung and assigned to this repair center a month ago. The same day I got a call asking for information . That is all I got from this company. I repeatedly called once a week and left a voice mail during business hours and no calls yet. Today Samsung tried to reach them while I was on a call with Samsung and they couldnt reach these guys. Waste of time.

Its actually zero star. This company should be shut down with that many people complaining. After 3 weeks wait and tech shows up and then decided he doesnt want to work on it cause he had to pull the fridge out. He up and left said call lowes have them send someone else to work on it. Please dont waste ur time calling this company.

I tried to use them for repair of a microwave. They told me 1st to upload a copy of my receipt, which I did, then told me it wasnt good enough, so I had to do another upload. Told me it was a common issue, and that they were waiting on parts, and itd be 1-1.5 weeks until they could get the parts. I followed up with them 3 weeks later, was told they were still waiting on parts. Followed up again 2 weeks after that and was told that I had to contact Samsung and they no longer had my ticket (they had closed it apparently without repairing it).

First of all bought a Samsung combo Washer/Dryer floor model from my local Home Depot. Within one year Washer went out, in March the Dryer stopped heating. Bought 3 year extended Warranty. Called Home Depot Protection plan who scheduled the service. Service tech came out approximately a month ago. Said he needed to order motor and control board. Called about 2-3 weeks ago, lady answered said the parts were in. The tech needed to check in. The lady who answered didnt record any log of my phone call. Called earlier this week, they just called today and said the parts are here and the service tech would be out tomorrow to fix. Worst customer service, communication ever. I dont recommend this Company to anyone. If they come out, run like hell.

Incredibly rude and very condescending on the phone. Lowes needs to get a new contractor as they don’t even follow the rules per lowes. They refuse to work with a customer that has worked with another company yet lowes says this is stated in their contract with lowes that contractors are not to refuse service this way. Would give 0 stars if I could. Looks like many other people agree
