Knowledgeable about my front end and didnt charge me for the information

Ive been going to Raider Tire for years now & they have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Ive bought tires from them & have had different things done there.

They are always so helpful! And they go above and beyond to make sure youre vehicle is safe.

Absolutely do not use this place. Yes, they have decent deals on tires, but they will put the lug nuts on way too crazy right. There is no reason to use a impact wrench to install lug nuts now days. They had mine so tight, I literally bent my 4-way wrench and broke a stud trying to change my flat. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. STAT AWAY.

Went to 4 different tire places and was told my tire couldnt be fixed and that it would be 3 hour wait. Remember my granddad always went to Raider Tires. I went there, they immediately put my car up on the jack, had my tire fixed in about 20 minutes!My wife ran over a fork!

Wonderful! Ron assisted me with finding my tire preferred tire brand. Ordered them, but made some adjustments, i.e, rating, all season, misc. Cadillac CTS drives and turns beautifully! Better than ever before, will be back!

Why is it and has it been so many issues with people in the city of jonesboro having tires not being properly tested and sent out only to deflate back and people wasting time and money to travel all the way back . Id suggest before sending so called fixed tires out to have them soap water tested or check valve stem . i understand everyone is quite busy but quality work matters if they plan to be open in the future .

Ronnie and the staff have been taking care of my tire problems for well over 40 years, I have been well pleased with their service.

A great place to go to. Would choose raider tires over firestone any day. I called ahead and got my tires sat out, and as soon as I came in they took my old worn tires off and put the brand new ones on in no time. No over complicated technology or process to get it done. Its really up to the customer to make sure it goes smooth. All you need is your tire size and maybe make an appointment, and they handle it all in about 20 minutes.

Extremely professional. Was very honest with me when shopping for tires. I was told by another provider that I needed two tires and they quoted me $255. Raider Tire corrected them saying I already had a tire that was brand new and only needed to replace one for only $68. This is the type of professionalism we need in our world. Highly, highly recommend!

Decent cred score and was denied tires

Dropped my tire off to get patched at 11 and they said it would be done in 1 hour. Went back at 2 and it wasnt done and they claimed it was because they were short handed while one of the workers was sitting outside on the bench talking to a female. Finally got them to patch the tire after waiting another 30 minutes and they some how managed to knocked the weight off to keep the tire balanced and didnt bother to fix it. Ridiculous. Never using them again

I, along with several other potential customers, were at the business by 8 AM on Saturday, as that is the time posted on the door and online. We waited until 8:30 AM for Raider to open. I called their telephone number; no answer or voicemail. I messaged on Facebook; no response. A person, who was passing by, stopped and asked had they opened. We told him that they are not. He said that they had told him, a while back, that they would be closed on Saturdays until the pandemic is over.I would suggest they post a sign on the door and set an answering machine message with this information. I decided to go to Purcell Tire and was very pleased.

Im a big fan of Raider Tire. They always make time to take great care of my cars. They have been very busy lately but will still bend over backwards to take care of as many people in a day as they can.

Not only will you find the best prices, most experienced technicians and service beyond the sale here, youll also meet some of the best people I personally know. The owners, Ronnie and Donna are as good as gold if you do right by them there isnt a problem that could arise they wouldnt have a solution for. I worked here for about a year enjoyed every bit of it.

READ please, I went last week to put new tires and wheels on my SUV. Done job right. Prices are best, alignment is cheapest in town $45 for 2WD. Checked their work and left tires on 35psi this is a bit high.

Competitive prices, but the wait is insane and all my tires had different PSI varying from 48lbs to 28lbs. My grandmother got hers there and the same thing, except all of hers were ALL low (between 22 and 28 lbs) and none were the same. The inconsistency proves it was not a problem with an air guage, but rather just pure guessing on their end. Back to Discount Tires for me, but I did give them 2 shots before leaving a bad review.

Friendly bunch of folks here! Much better customer service than some of the franchise tire shops in town. I’d say they’re on par with the big guys on price even though I would generally expect them to be quite a bit higher. Nice surprise that they aren’t.

The best service I have ever seen in many years I have been buying tires for over 42 years there has only been one other place that was at Paragould a tire place past Greene county tech school on the left going West the man is gone now these are the only two.

Tires are very cheap, but good quality, getting brake pads changed is ridiculously expensive....but its all good at least

My 16 year old daughter went in here today needing a tire patched, however it couldnt be fixed. They not only ordered another tire for us but they took her doughnut off and put a used tire on for her (until the new one comes in tomorrow). Not good at all. I have taken my tire back twice to have the same hole patched. Still goes flat. Taking tire elsewhere. Be careful. Make sure it is checked before you leave.

Best and least expensive alignment in town. Got my SUV front end aligned for $48.65. Pulled very bad to the right. Drives straight as an arrow now. Will definitely use them again.

Other places I get service done, mechanic moves car to service area.Refused to change oil because of a small leak, felt as if I was the brunt of a joke to them.Only nice person there was a lady worker .

Sears messed up my alignment 3 times. I got fed up, took my truck to raider tire and for half the price, they did it right. He even found some loose bolts holding my front end together. Great service and great guys.

Perhaps I was just unlucky, after viewing these other reviews. I brought a tire here to get it repaired and the guy told me to roll it over to the door and he would meet me out there. I did as I was asked, and I waited outside the door...for a LONG time. Nobody ever came, and after standing out there looking like an idiot for 15-20 minutes, I finally just took my tire and left.I couldnt have made the job any easier for these guys: the wheel was already off of the vehicle and ready for them to do their work. It was a very frustrating experience, and these guys had been recommended to me as a quality shop. I wasnt impressed with their customer service, to say the least.
