Santana and company are the BEST! Friendly experts, when does that happen? They got me back on the road in no time! So grateful for their service, especially right before closing!
We went and bought a set of tires... First of all they dont quote you the lowest priced ones. We had to ask after all they showed us was way expensive. We didnt have them mount them, we took them home and did it ourselves so we didnt leave any old ones but we got charged the tire fee anyway. Didnt notice it til we left so called and the person talked to was rude and hung up on us. We are senior citizens on a fixed income so every unnecessary charge is a lot to us.
DON’T RECOMMEND !!!! Had a oil change appointment set for 4:00pm I made it here at 3:45pm when I got her wasn’t no card in the change oil section so I thought I was getting in & getting out well the tech guy made sure that’s this was my worst experience ever he didn’t start on my car until 5:00 after he put somebody else car in front of mines who I was here WAYYYY BEFORE mind you they close at 4:00 they’re not very honest people they don’t do honest business & the tech guys are very rude don’t go to Firestone
Scheduled an appointment to have my tires put on and have an alignment done as well as one lower control arm ball joint replace. Get a call around 11:00 saying they cant do the alignment because both lower control arm ball joints need to be replaced and that it would be 800 to do so. I told the guy to just put my tires on and after I picked my truck back up one of their mechanics broke my interior door handle on the driver side. I called and was told that my door panel was already coming off dont understand how a door panel coming off would break a door handle but they refused to own up to breaking my door and handle and even got smart with me would never recommend this place to anyone plus they overcharge insanely.
My daughter took her car to the Jonesboro, AR location to have a low tire repaired and was charged $60 to patch it. Since she is in her early 20s she didnt know this was unreasonable. Her father and I were out of town at the time, so didnt find out until it was too late.
Terrible service both times I have gone. The service is very slow. First visit, I dropped my vehicle off at 10:30 a.m. and had to wait until the next morning to pick it up. Each time I have visited, the staff has tried to up-sale me on a product or service that wasn’t needed. My first visit was to have a tire patched (just got the set 6 months prior) and I was told that I needed a completely new set... I’m done with this place.
Got me in and out faster than expected. And the price was reasonableGot my truck alinement and oil service! Great job Firestone
Excellent people providing excellent service WITH A SMILE! ...even in the heat!
Friendly staff we were ther 30 minutes and had us back onthe road. Thank you Brian
I cant give them a good review because they didnt do anything for me but waste my time. Im not sure it was entirely their fault.
Great fast service. Needs a bigger parking lot is the only down fall.
Great management and friendly repair techs that was willing to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle
They really need to work on their speed. An oil change takes 2+ hours. Thats 3 times they have taken that long. With and without appointment. Aside from that, they are okay in quality and oil change price.
I got a free brake check, they found more potential problems than I had expected. They had to order parts but my vehicle was repaired 28 hours after dropping it off. The staff was friendly, understanding and communicative, helped me find the right solution for my budget. Highly recommend!
Firestones motto should be We are always a couple of men down You can never get any simple work done here because they never have enough staff...ever....smh...tired of Firestone..always excuses why they cant. Go somewhere else.
Took my car in last week because it was running how. Ive had to call every time for the status of my car. They say they would call, but no one ever did. Here it is a week later and my car still isnt done. Earlier I was told they would get to it today and call me to let me know, still no one has called. Would NOT use them again!
Great Service, Great Men, And Great Experience!! I recommend them to everyone..
I have always used them in the past and had a positive experience. I recently took my vehicle for work on the brakes. It wasnt until after the work was completed that I found the charges were close to double the price as every other shop that I checked for the exact same work.
We had our car towed in on Monday due to what we tbought was the starter. Drew informed me that everything had tested good and that I needed a battery and that My daughtet could pick up the car around 12. So 12 past and I called back and Drew told me that the fuses where blowing out and that the brake light was on. They couldnt fix the problem sent it over to the hyundai. He also informed me that since it wasnt doing that when it came in that it would be no charge to me. Now I get a call from.Drew saying it needs an module and now he is unsure that they will pay. Im just confused of what is going on and all I ask is for Firestone to honor their word. I guess what Im asking has anyone been put in this situation with them before and what legal steps should I take if not corrected
I don’t have enough words to explain how grateful I am... I received an extreme act of kindness from Drew.
Some parts of the day was very stressful, but Godwas right there through it all. Me and my mom went to Jonesboro. We went to a few flea markets then drove all the way to Rons Catfish to have lunch. Afterwards we drove to Burrlingtons. We came out and her battery was dead. There was no tools no jumper cables anywhere. My dad was on his way home from St. Louis,my oldest son was getting ready to leave on the big truck,my other son was with us but no cables. We called my daughter. In the meantime of waiting I called several parts stores and no one could help. I finally hobbled over to Krogers and bought some cables. My mom came looking for me. Right besides us was Firestone this whole time. The nicest guy that worked there brought his own car and jumped us off so we could get to the store and get a new battery. I want to first thank God for placing us there when the battery died. Thank my daughter for coming to Jonesboro to help and a big thank you to the two Firestone workers who came and helped us.
This was the only place available to get a fairly priced oil change. They were accommodating, but the experience wasnt very pleasant. The oil change was needed prior to heading out of state for a funeral.
Very nice people work here. They will help you anyway you can. They dont try to jip you out of money
Kellan went above and beyond! Very nice man! They are so understaffed and people can be so demanding. Everytime Ive used Firestone Ive been very pleased! My vehicle is always done in a timely manner and done correctly. Brian was extremely helpful assisting me with my cars extended warranty that can sometimes be overwhelming to deal with. These guys are hard workers and need to praised for their time and dedication.
Great service, worked on my car quickly while I waited. Professional staff!
I had 4 brand new tires put on my Chevrolet Tahoe and a fence hit 1 of my front tire putting a hole in it. So I found Firestone and they changed my (different spare) and I took another new tire for them to put on my rim and kept the other tire for my spare. They changed the tire an balance my tires. Now it runs smooth. The only thing I didnt care for was they took almost 2 hours doing it. Im just glad that they did a good job. Thanks a lot. Tammy Brown
Great team at this location. Always willing to help!
Great experience! They did just what I ask, nothing more. Perfect service - even gave me an additional discount. Certainly will be going back.
I am giving them a 1 star for simply not being able to follow thru with the after care of my SUV. I bought tires over a year ago ( cost right at $1100 with road hazard, rotation and balance) I have never walked into the one here and been able to get it done in a timely manner. I have scheduled appointments, walked in at 7:05 am and still no success. I just want what I paid for. This place is under staffed. The people are nice and do work hard. For this reason alone I am purchasing tires somewhere else.
The associates & technicians were very helpful & courteous. I Loving driving my truck & Firestone helps keep Duke going with me to work & to visit family!
Two and a half hours to change a tire was pretty excessive. But the employees were nice. Only saving grace.
After getting a flat tire we came straight to Firestone to purchase a new rear tire. I was very thankful that the service team made time for us to have a new tire installed, even staying open a little past closing to ensure we didnt have to drive home on the spare!! Great job!
I am little aggravated that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes for a oil change, there were not many vehicles in the bays when I arrived, Also one of the mechanics had food delivered by Door Dash around 8 am, not to mention the place needs a good cleaning in the waiting area and the bathroom.
Wonderfully I like the service5 star
Super nice people. Not the best turn around time. But very customer satisfaction oriented.
Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Daniel was extremely efficient in getting my tire done, and done correctly.
They were super busy but they took care of me. If I lived closer I would definitely use them.
Great service!!👍🏽👍🏽
I had a flat outside of Newport Arkansas which is about an hour a way. I drove over and they promptly put on new tire on my enterprise rental and I was on my way with my kids to finish an 18 hour drive with less hassle then anything. Thank you for your most outstanding service
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were quick to set up a credit account for my vehicle and help me out. Good service, good price, and good people.
Customer care was great for me. They were extremely polite, answered every question I had, answered every time I called to check on my car and finished it within very reasonable time. Very helpful and I would come here again and recommend here to others.
Busy, busy, busy. Hard to squeeze in an appointment.
A very busy location. Nice people. Comfortable waiting area.
They were friendly did a good job does it take awhile to complete
The service here is seriously unbeatable. These people are the most pleasant that you will ever get out of any auto service place.
I came to firestone to get an standard oil change for $24.99 with the coupon that I had. Time was about 12:30, roughly. The young lady said it would be 24.99 + 2.99 oil recycle fee + 5.00 for the oil my car took + 11.00 labor fees (I would assume), and the oil change would take 2 hours. I said “I need it changed so go ahead.” I thought 2 hours isn’t that terrible, I can wait. I sat down, made phone calls for other things I had to do. By the time I was finished it had been 2 hours. I waited patiently, then another hour roles by. It was 3:30 at this point. I may have been ridiculously patient or polite about this whole thing, but I asked the girl if my car was being worked on. She said “Your car is next, right after his oil change,” mentioning another customer. It had been 3 hours and my car wasn’t even in the garage. I understood it was a busy day for them, I didn’t make an appointment, and I came in at noonish; but I wasn’t given a realistic waiting time. I didn’t have anyone to pick me up, and I had to wait. They finally got my car in the garage at 4pm and waited another 35 minutes. It was about 4:45 when I got out of firestone. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known it was a long wait. I paid $43, even with the coupon. One thing is for certain, I will not ever give them my business again. The staff was extremely friendly and respectful, but I feel mislead just so I would give them my money. I’m highly disappointed with my experience.
Not impressed. Have made appointments multiple times just to drop off in the AM and I would get off work at 5 and come to find out it hadn’t been touched yet. (Appointment times were 9am and 10am.)
A very good place for Auto work that needs fixed....Oil changes and tires also
Arrived before 8am was told it would be approx. 1hr before they could get to my vehicle. I decided to wait. After two hours asked when they could get to my vehicle. Was told about to get it. Seriously tempted to leave but needed job done. It was over 2.5hrs before my vehicle was taken into the bay. Work was finished quickly after that. There was evidently a misjudgement on wait time given to me initially. There were no apologies given. Will make a set appointment time next time or rethink use of their services. Very disappointed today. Have used their services for many years.
I wish I could give a negative stars!! My daughters AC stopped working in her car, she works nights so when she got off work this morning she called and the told her if she could be there by 5pm they would check her car out for her. She told the person on the phone that she could be there by 3pm they said great just come on in and we will take care of it. To make a long story short after driving all the way over there in these temperatures with no ac they tell her she will have to come back Friday. I called them and asked what the deal was and they told me that they work on a first come first serve basis but they will set up an appointment, I told the person on the phone that she had an appointment for 3pm and yall told her to come back Friday. THEY ARE IN BAD NEED OF MANAGEMENT AND HELP GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
I always get great service! Have been using there services for 5 yrs.
Called for the cost of wheel balance and they wanted to know the make and year of the vehicle. (Im Shure it was to determine how much I would pay). I asked him if it was a standard rate. He said it should be, that he was only entering the information in his system. I told him the vehicle is a camper and he still was hesitant to give me a price. He might as well just said we charge as much as we think you will pay. I am going elsewhere. Hope they ESAD!
Very nice, gave clear and concise instructions on auto care and auto repairment. Would definetly go here again. Customer Service though, not the best. Also it seemed my final price was a little higher than I expected, but overall it is a must go!
Good Service. Good Customer Service.
Not only does Firestone offer competitive prices on tires and oil changes, the staff in the pit are sure to inform you of any leaks that might be happening or any other problem they might see, they dont pressure you into checking it out, but they do inform you. The guys working the counter are polite and very informative, overall a great experience with a short wait time.
Firestone is the most dishonest company ever. After spending thousands on repairing and replacing new parts, both here in Jonesboro and in Ohio, I found out that they never did anything to my vehicle. The following are my personal experiences of being scammed by this company:1) my vehicle started to vibrate when I applied the brakes. I got it checked here and they recommended to change all rotors. Which I did. However, the vehicle was still exactly the same. After numerous visits and complaining about the same vibration, they kept on saying that everything is fine and that the rotors were new. Feeling frustrated, I went to other place to get it checked. They said that the rotors are bad and that they look old, meaning they were never replaced.2) I had a nail stuck in my tire and went in to get a simple tire repair. After about an hour, the tire was repaired, but they recommended me to change the spark plugs. I said okay and I will change them in a few weeks. When I started my vehicle, I immediately noticed a significant difference. The engine was shaking terribly and the check engine light turned on. I went back to check with them. They said it’s because of the spark plugs and told me that they needed to be changed as soon as possible as it may cause damage to the engine. They just reset the light. When I started driving, the car was still shaking and the light came on. The unusual thing was that, before i went there to fix the tire, the car was perfectly fine. I went home and told my fiend about this. He checked the engine and found out that a hose was disconnected. I went to autozone to get the check like reset. After connecting the hose, the car was like before. A gullible person like me would think yeah it’s the spark plugs and would get that replaced immediately due to the check engine light and the vibration. Even if I were to replace the spark plugs, there was no guarantee that they are actually replacing them.3) similar issue happened to me two years ago at firestone in Ohio. I went there for a regular oil change and inspection. After that, check engine light came on. I went back and they said that one of my sensor was blown and needs to be replaced. I went ahead and purchased it so that I don’t have to deal with a broken car in snow. After getting this fixed, the light came back on again. I went back and they said to wait for a senior technician. The senior technician again said that a sensor needs to be replaced. I said that I just got it replaced. He said that the wrong one was replaced and that I need to purchase a different one. After spending additional on this, the issue was finally fixed.4) usually, it is common to hear a repetitive noise when there is a nail stuck in a tire. Last year, I went to firestone to get the regular oil change and inspection done. Suddenly, a guy showed me there was a nail stuck in one of the tires and it was unrepairable (which I purchased all four of them a few months ago) and also i had to buy a new one (because I didn’t purchase their tire protection). All this was too suspicious.I had been a loyal customer of firestone. However, there have been too many times that I noticed such things.
Shana/Shane was great with her customer service. She was always helpful.
Did a great job on taking care of us in such a hurry
Horrible place to take your car. Not an honest mechanic in the building! Went in for new brakes and ended up getting new tire rods, rack and pinion, ball joints, sway bar and power steering pump. Recommended because my car was unsafe to drive. Got the power steering pump for free but its not workong and now my car is almost impossible to steer. All they could say was how sorry they were and recommende me to take my car to a dealership becauae they didnt know what was wrong. Now my car is very unsafe to drive. Dont waste your money going to Firestone! The mechanics are shade tree at best and the managers are crooks. I wont be coming back and I dont recommend you going to Firestone...stick with the mechanic thats been fixing your car.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I made my appointment for 2pm online and arrived at the store around that time. After checking in with the desk, I waited for 3 and a half hours as they worked on my vehicle. I saw that they had complimentary coffee which was cold and appeared to be days old and the coffee pot wasnt even on. I might add that my car did not move from its parking space in front of the store until about 2:45, 45 minutes after I checked in. At various times, I went up to the desk to check on the progress of my vehicle and saw all of the mechanics and desk associate standing around laughing, obviously not trying to do their job. After waving at them to come back into the lobby, I got blank stares and a laugh. The overall experience was very bad and I will not be back. The work they did, turned out okay, but the customer service was extremely lacking. I work in the customer service industry and I have never witnessed such horrible customer interaction. If I need auto service in the future, I will definitely look elsewhere.
The young lady took care all my needs and more. Awesome Customer Service on Wilkins in Jonesboro AR... More than satisfied..
Reasonable prices for tune ups and brakes. The brakes come with a lifetime warranty. My car was serviced when they told me it would be serviced and was finished when it was supposed to be.
Had an appointment at 2. By 3 i went in to speak to the manager and come to find out, they didnt even have me in the computer when i got here. So now its 330 and im still yet to get my oil changed. Ill never come back.
My car was making a terribly loud floor creaking and clunking sound when turning the steering wheel. Took it to a dealer and after an hour they told me they didnt know what the problem was but recommended starting with changing the suspension or axle.Went to another dealer for a second opinion. They spent about three hours trying to find the source of the noise and finally told me that it was the ball joint. Waited a week for the part and on the day of my appointment they call and tell me the part was damaged and had to reorder. Another week of waiting. Paid $175 to get the ball joint replaced and I drove off the lot making a much worse noise than before. They apologized and suggested changing the axle, but same as the first dealer, they were not 100% sure if that would even fix it.Took it to Firestone. They listened to my griping about the dealerships. They listen to all the ideas I got from the internet about what the possible problem might be. Then they gave me a discount on their complete vehicle inspection which includes a tire rotation and battery check!I dropped the car off at 7:15am and went to work. Right around 3.5 hours later I get a call from them telling me they found AND fixed the problem. The axle spine and spindle simply needed some grease. Total charge? $10+ tax.Im done with dealerships.
Good guys just dont try to go in on Sunday even though theyre open. Especially if you live an hour away.
Time taking they’re not willing to work on your vehicle unless you get an appointment. Waiting time is more be prepared for high charges and 1-3 hrs of waiting for sure.
Charged 200+ more than a local shop with a good reputation. wouldnt take payment over phone for the 100$ diagnostic fee and as being from outta town total hassle.
I was way over charged. My kid is in school there and her alternator went out. I was 5 hr away so I sent it to them. I knew i would pay extra but they charged $100 more than the dealership would of charged me. That was ok but the up sell makes me MAD sir the battery is bad too and we have to replace it it was only 90 days old. How did the battery suddenly become good when I told him I sell them and i would need the BAD ONE BACK .
I like to have all my auto maintenance records in one computer network. That way, I can always find out what work has or hasnt been done already.
Three of the last 4 times I got new tires they had the best price in town. They always do the work well, and get it back to me on time.
We could not even get anyone to come to the counter and wait on us. I do not have time for that nonsense and I will not be back. If I need firestone service I will go to Kents in Batesville or plaza tire in Pocahontas.
Always great service here, even when theyre busy.
Fast and friendly service
Great place for oil change or auto needsFriendly staff, fast, and non expensive
I was disappointed. I waited over four hours for an oil change, on a slow Sunday afternoon, sheet being told it would take one hour. I saw very few other customers, but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, the customer service was lacking as well. The desk clerk spent most of his time in the bays, chatting with the techs, and the phone went constantly unanswered. He didnt even acknowledge or apologize for our long wait.
Ok
I got here there at 11:30 and its 2:40 and all I wanted was a brake inspection and oil change
Tried to get information from the gentlemen working there and they just didnt say anything. Literally, they didnt say anything until I hung up
Pretty solid. I would go again.
They was helpful and friendly! Great service!
3 of the 4 tires I needed were in stock!? Had to wait on 4th tire. Get your inventory together.
Good tires done a front end alignment told me what was wrong with my truck done their job
I has great experience here found the problem and fixed it quickly.
Professional people very nice an affordable
They somehow managed to cut one of my vacuum lines while changing my oil.
Very poor overall experience. The guy was very dishonest. Was trying to make me show my ID to use my mother card for a 20 dollar oil change. I had an oil change done a couple of days before. Used the same card didnt ask for anything. Told me they always ID -_-. Complete bs. If you see dontasvis dont go in. He also lost my keys. Took him 15 mins of him to find it -_-. They never even called me i came to get it a day later either.
They had to fix things they screwed up. Need to train better
Great service but have become extremely expensive
Friendly staff and very helpful.
2 hours to fix a flat tire, first told there was a charge to put tire back on carTold him no way, just fix the flat.Had a container of pomegranate juice in car, idjit drank it.Wont use that place again, also asked price for oil change, he said 39.00No thanksAnother lady waiting was there 4 hours and got overcharged onPutting on 2 hoses.Place is bad! Ripoff
To high on labor! And their not very good at what they do!
Amazing service just for 10 bucks.
Good service little slow tho 3 hours for a break flush and we had no one ahead of us
Good customer service
I took my van there, but they would not look at it. They suggested I take it someplace else. Dont ask my why, but I wont be back. Service sucks .
2 hour wait or make an appointment for road hazard flat repair warranty.Been back now for another flat repair took two hours just for them to say its non repairable because it was to close to the warning tread even though it wasnt hitting them. Very incompetent people that work there.
Friendly service!!!! Most likely to return soon!!!
Delayed service. Long wait.
Nice people but very expensive for stick income of older men.
I called for an appointment and when I got there they said they had no more availability.
