I don’t know where to even begin, the beauty of the tent we rented through Joliet tent made my backyard wedding a dream come true! My guests were so impressed by the tent, we had endless compliments all night how our wedding was such a fairytale wedding. I can’t thank everyone at Joliet tent enough for the service they provided, especially Bobby! I worked with Bobby from the beginning of planning my wedding & don’t think I could of done it without him! He was so personable & easy to talk to. He put most of the stress that comes with planning a wedding at ease for me. He always responded to the countless amount of emails I sent & was so accommodating to anything we needed. He was especially accommodating as we planned our wedding during covid. He was able to allow me to see what tent I was getting before making a decision (which of course was difficult during the time), he took the time to come to our home & measure out our yard (even in terrible weather), he even allowed us to add more to our original contract at the very last minute and made the delivery & take down of the tent so simple! As if all of that isn’t enough, I was worried we might get hit with rain on our special day so Bobby reach out to me & offered to bring us sidewalks in case of an emergency to have for a backup plan! There are no words for how grateful I am for all the hard work this company did to make my wedding as special as it was! Saying they’re amazing is an understatement! I highly recommend using Joliet tent for any events or party needs & will definitely use them again in the future!

Joliet tent was amazing, from the. First meeting and site visit, to the clean up and asphalt repair.Took phone calls and accommodated last minute needs when rain threatened. The venue looked magical, because of the time and care joliet tent took to advise us on size and placement and the. We cant thank everyone at Joliet Tent enough for the astounding service we received for our wedding this past May. We didnt have to worry about a thing! Everything was accounted for and setup in plenty of time. They even put up some extra side panels to help block the view of construction from our developing neighborhood! We are completely thrilled with how everything turned out. We received a myriad of compliments on the tent and the Italian lighting- Which looked totally stunning in our pictures. I was able to work with Joliet tent last night on a wedding; I own a dj company and they went well beyond what I expected. Their generator was perfect = could not have asked for better. It was quiet and efficient all day/evening. They were also very prompt at answering any questions that would arise. I highly recommend this company.

Joliet Tent was absolutely AMAZING!!We rented a clear-top structure tent, along with a carpeted floor for our Sons wedding. We also had Edison lights installed along the ceiling of the tent. Bobby was a go-to guy. He made sure everything was just perfect. Just look at our incredible photos... well worth the money spent!

We hosted a wedding for our niece on our property and Joliet Tent was great to work with! Their pricing is fair and the setup was quick and efficient. They setup a couple days before the wedding which gave our family plenty of time to decorate the tent, and the day after the wedding they were back to bust down the tent. The crew was friendly and hard working. We will definitely call Joliet Tent again for future events.

We contacted Bobby S. of Joliet Tent to rent a tent for our daughters sweet 16 party. Bobby delivered and setup the tent at the time we had agreed to. He was extremely professional and paid great attention to detail. The tent even caught the attention of our neighbors. Everyone enjoyed the tent and the party. We loved working with Joliet Tent Co. Bobby Soto was the best - really quick to respond and answer questions and showed flexibility when we needed it. We loved that they had natural oak garden chairs instead of just the dark wood, black and white. The light oak was exactly what we were looking for.Unfortunately, we had to change our wedding plans since my fiancé is in the military and will be changed stations. Bobby was extremely understanding and even gave us our deposit back. We are very grateful for the professionalism and kindness at Joliet Tent!

I wouldnt recommend. After sending a signed contract via email, I stopped hearing back from Joliet Tent.After several emails and phone calls that were met with no response I started to worry if we actually had secured anything for our event. Were now two weeks away from our event and finally heard back from Joliet Tent via email. Still no willingness to talk over the phone.After trying to nail down our contract and even add more to our order, we are now told that we should just book through someone else because things have become too complicated. They now feel inventory wouldnt meet our needs, which I believe is another way to tell us they dont want to do business because we nervously called them too many times trying to get a reply. Terrible service.

Joliet Tent has been incredibly helpful during my wedding planning. Bobby was knowledgeable, quick to answer, flexible, and extremely helpful. While we ended up going in a different direction (no longer doing a backyard wedding), I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service. I will be using them in the future for other events, for sure!

Our daughter was planning a back yard wedding July 2019. We couldnt have asked for a better vendor to deal with. Everyone we worked with provided wonderful ideas, were friendly, polite, and super efficient. We had 288 guests and by noon the next day... everything was cleaned and taken down.They made our daughters dream wedding come true. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event. I have called more than 10 times to get someone to call me back about renting chairs for my wedding. Have yet to receive any call backs or emails regarding what I need. Awful service in my opinion.

Im an event designer and just finished a wedding working with Bobby from Joliet. So pleased with my experience! He was very quick to respond to my questions which in and of itself is HUGE in this market! I also loved that he provided me with access to a program where I could design the layout and then turn it into a 3D renderings for my client to get an idea of how everything would look with a digital walk through! It was SO easy to use and I loved what this was able to offer to both me and my client! My client was obsessed! Definitely recommend!

I first contacted Bobby back in 2019 about renting chairs for my outdoor 2020 wedding. The process was very easy and the prices are fair. After covid hit, my fiance and I decided to reschedule the wedding. Bobby transferred my deposit to our new 2021 date with no problem. Now that covid is still a big issue, we decided to reschedule again and change our ceremony venue so we no longer needed the chairs. I assumed the deposit was non refundable, but once again Bobby was very kind and understanding, and he refunded my deposit. Although we didnt actually use this companys services I still feel strongly enough about the customer service to leave a 5 star review. I can tell Bobby genuinely cares about his customers! I will be a return customer for any parties in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family!

We used Joliet Tent Rentals for our daughters wedding. We rented a large tent, tables, chairs, globe lighting and a dance floor. From start to finish Bobby and his team were OUTSTANDING!!! They were very responsive to our needs, extremely professional and it honestly felt like they became friends in the end. Well I cant comment on their service because I was never called back. I called three days straight and spoke with their office people and Bob was supposed to call me back. that never happened.... They came recommended by neighbors too. I will not be calling them in the future.

Joliet Tent has amazing customer service. Though my tent wedding was ultimately cancelled because family became ill with Covid, Bobby at Joliet Tent was so responsive! He would answer my emails in early morning and late at night to help me adjust the size of the tent, create social distancing layouts for different guest counts and advising me on different options he could create for us. Highest marks for Joliet Tent! When we finally have our wedding, Im calling them first!

During these difficult times of this COVID 19 virus we all have had to go through difficult times. Including my daughter and her fiancé wanting to get married in June 2020. Their venue cancelled on us so we had to scramble and put together a backyard wedding. A good friend of mine recommended Joliet tent co. They were amazing!! The wedding was amazing! Joliet Tent put the tent up in the back yard and were so polite and careful with my plants and dogs. They would not leave until everything was perfect. Plus they even worked with the caterers to make sure they had everything they needed. When the tent had to come down - once again they were so polite and careful. They were a vital part of my daughters special day and highly recommended this company for any tent needs.

Absolutely WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. I have called this place FIVE-SIX times and each time they told me I would receive a call back. Not once did they ever call me. The receptionists are usually unpleasant and rush through the call. I finally had my fiance try getting in contact with someone. It took him two tries before someone named Bob called and gave him an over the phone quote. When we decided we wanted it in writing it took about two days for this person to email us a quote. The email was laughable. It was carelessly and thoughtlessly put together. He left out nearly everything we asked for. I should NOT be working this hard to do business with a company. If anything THEY should be bending over backwards trying to get my business. After this ordeal with just trying to get a quote...NO I would never recommend them to anyone, nor would I do business with them again.

Ive been calling almost everyday and it seems to be that no one knows how to answer a phone, I went in person and spoke with a guy. He was nice, I gave him my description of what I needed and when I needed it by, he then said that he would give me a call back. Grabbed all my info, and NEVER did he call me back, that was almost two weeks ago of that promised phone call. If your lucky, youll get through and possibly make business with them, but from my part I would not recommend them. Ill be making business elsewhere...

Recently used them for an out door event our compnay was hosting in our parking lot. They were great and responsive to work with and loved their customer service. They made sure to come out and take measurements in order to reccomend the approaite tent size. Also when it was windy I called last minute to get more sidewall and it was not an issue at all with them. Will be using again.
