I have visited this store quite a bit the last month, Im planning my daughters baby shower! Not a huge selection of items for that particular occasion but nonetheless I always find something. Prices are reasonable, ALSO the customer service is good! I actually get greeted in the aisles and asked if Im finding what I need and I appreciate that. I recently went in to look for wrapping paper/gift bags and hardly a selection I was disappointed. The store is small so maybe thats why but I expected to find more to choose from, thats my only gripe. 😊

Customer reps were there to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable of their product.

We bought balloons in to be filled, they cost $1.19 each. They filled the balloons to about 7 to 8 inches, leaving room in the balloon. A few popped immediately after walking out the store, putting them in the car, and arriving home. The helium was suppose to last 8 hours, by 3 hours into the party the balloons were falling to the ground, more popped throughout the party.

Helpful friendly staff, still had mothers day stuff in stock. Was a good experience

For me, not good, Easter selection was picked over already. They dont carry things I was used to getting there, in all fairness could be from covid?

I was at Party City last night purchasing two balloons numbers and Cheryl was great help with assisting me with colors and she explained longevity of the large number balloons. Incredibly hard to find a simple thank you card, and prices are outrageous. The balloons were easy to find and cost what I expected. I honestly wouldnt go here if not for needing balloons or specific party items that I couldnt get elsewhere.

I had a 12:00 pickup scheduled for my sons first birthday party balloons. I came to pick them up close to 12:30 and they hadnt even started to blow them up yet. There were 3 people working, a long line at the checkout, and they said they were short staffed. While I understand that things come up unexpectedly, this is poor management and planning in my opinion.

Went here for baby shower supplies with my wife and the service was fantastic. We were helped out by the store manager Gina and she was beyond helpful. She knew all the lastest trends and things you need to throw a wonderful baby shower. Top notch store.

I Definitely dont like there selection of Halloween costumes but they do have whatever you need for partys or for whatever occasion you are celebrating....

They had everything I needed for a Harry Potter themed, very happy

Get some employees who want to help. Who want to know what merchandise you carry. Snobby Rude entitled staff. Dollar tree carry’s all the same stuff pretty much. I set my basket and went there. I’ll never be back here!

Usually a really good selection of items. You can pretty much find anything to work with theme party. Not too many things, if any, are on sale/ clearance, so be prepared to pay full price.

Not one person asked me for help i went directly to the balloon counter needing 10 huge graduate balloon bouquets a person was right at the counter in front of meNo help no hello so I decided to go look at graduation decorations needing table covers I only saw clear ones still not one employee aroumd to helpWe left

Found what I went for but many options are way too high up, its almost as though they dont want to sell them as you wouldnt know it was there unless you were looking way up high for something specific. The cashier wasnt very friendly. Id go back but only if I couldnt get what I need somewhere else

Was disappointed. Things have changed in the store since my last visit. All kinds of online discounts, but none for inside the store and I was spending hundreds of dollars for a large party. I felt like the clerk was not interested in helping me at all. Luau items were picked over and should have been on sale, but were not. I went back a few days later to buy some additional luau items everything was packed up and put away and no one could help me with that dilemma either.

The store is big and has a great selection of items for a party. However I rather drive further to a different store. One employee I asked for help rolled his eyes at me and straight out told me with the worst attitute couldnt help H didnt know where the items I was looking for where!

Getting too expensive, I can get alot of the same products fromoriental trading company for half the price and if not, if a product is the same price as oriental trading company, oriental trading company will price match and give you an additional 10% off!

Went for birthday party supplies and walked out with Halloween supplies too! Tom at the register informed me about the coupons online. Thank you Tom!

Staff didnt greet me while I stood in ballon line for almost 5 minutes with no one on register. I stepped away for 2-3 minutes. When I turned back around and finally made eye contact with someone behind the balloon counter she told me I had to get in the register line which was now about 5 people deep. Wait another 5+ minutes and finally pay for my balloon. Then the clerk didnt ask if I wanted latex to go with the mylar. She just rung up what I had in front of me.

Be careful what you pick. I chose a wig of which there were 3 identical in an end cap. SALE. corner clearly marked $5. when I checked the sales receipt I was charged $ $10.99 when I took it back the clerk said the sign indicated. select items and this wig did not have a sale ticket so it is full price. If it had been just 1 similar wig displayed the then 3. I could understand that it might have been misplaced. poor customer service and very misleading

You always have to wait forever to check out here (even if there are only 2 people in line). Otherwise it is a typical party store. Dont go near it during Halloween season though. People everywhere grabbing and breaking and tearing stuff. The store is a disaster then.

Always have party needs a bit expensive for some things but usually can find things that are out of season like my kids pirate costume needed for a spring musical.

You can anything and everything you can imagine for a party!!
