Long wait even with appt. They are understaffed due to the lack of people willing to work. Sad really! Theyre doing the best they can and their work is pretty good.

I got a full set gel on 5/30. It was my first time coming to this salon. By 6/1 they were already lifting. The woman who did them was so incredibly kind I really liked her. Today on 6/12 I went in and very kindly asked if theyd take them off for free since I have had one fall off, my hair is stuck under another. All 9 are now lifting badly and the gel has yellowed. They rudely told me I had to pay for the soak off, she cant have her girls work for 45 minutes for free. I was also told that they lifted because of how I use my nails, and theyre too long for me. This isnt my first rodeo. Just absorbing the $12 charge for a soak off would have made me happy, I wouldnt have written a negative review, and I would have returned.With so many salons in the area, customer service goes a long way.First picture is from 6/1, the last four are from today.

Im just a visitor to town for few days didnt know anything about this place came to it because it was close to where am at Im happy that I came here the lady did a great job if I live here I will definitely go back there

They really do the best job, Ive tried many others in Joliet and they dont compare to VIP! They take their time, do a very professional job and are always kind. They recently got new massage chairs that are amazing!

Well, it was service as standard can get. What can I say, the person who took care of me was very nice at doing her job. The rest of the staff could be a little bit friendlier.

Love this place. They do great pedicures. My manicures have always looked great! They are great with children too. Took my daughter for a manicure and she loved it.Ive gotten eyebrow waxing too, and it comes out great as well!

I got my lip waxed by Yesenia today. She is very pleasant and gentle. The salon offers wax for sensitive skin and they have a almond oil to help soothe your skin and it smells amazing. She was so considerate and remembered to ask me if I was allergic to nuts. Im coming back here for sure!

This is my favorite place! Great service! They have service specials Monday-Thursday. My favorite day to go is the Monday, for $28 you can get an express manicure and pedicure if you pay CASH. Amy is amazing, she always does an awesome job!

Paid $37.50 for a mani and pedi with no nail polish on feet or nails! Yet sign on window says $28 for both on Mondays and today is a MONDAY! The lady did a HORRIBLE job!!! Was also in a rush! I still have some dried skin. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and after today I will NEVER return!

I had been here before several years ago and was happy with the service I received back then, so I went in to get a no chip manicure. I felt rushed through, the polish is uneven and has big lumps in spots, and it chipped in multiple spots within 24 hours. I wont waste my money returning here again.

Never give reviews but I left this salon so unsatisfied. The beginning was going really good the tech was friendly. But once I went to get my nails dried at the machine I noticed a huge bubble of top coat slopped on one of nail. She insisted it was my fault and at first was going to just put tip cost over it which wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Then I noticed that almost all of my nails looked terrible with the top coat you can see where she didn’t get close enough to the cuticle. So I asked her to fix it kindly and she did but was not happy I made her fix them while showing her all of the nails that didn’t look good with too coat I accidentally bumped one and she got very upset and almost yelled at me to stop moving my fingers or else I might mess all the others up after that I am done with this place. I am a customer and will not be talked disrespectfully to. Will never go back

I used to come here all the time with my little girl, but havent been in a while. It seems that service has gone down and prices are going up! As of May 1st they charge a fee of $2.50 for using credit or debit cards and also charge $3.00 if you want more than 2 colors on your nails. (Maybe if you want 2 colors and a glitter accent nail for ex) They are VERY NICE TO THEIR OLDER REGULARS THOUGH. The lady that did my nails and toes this trip was rushing and did not want to do my nails how I WANTED. She kept frowning her face and shaking her head no. I used to LOVE this place and nail techs were thorough and neat. Maybe it was a bad day, or I had a bad experience, but I will go elsewhere next time.

The salon is very neat & clean. The technicians that work there are extremely friendly. There is typically no wait or just a short wait.

I Loved this place! Always giving tips and I Love Sheri she is the only thing holding this place together. Recently the have been so rude and so impatient.😡 As soon as you walk through the door theyre rushing you to choose a color and sit. The guy who did my feet didnt put the Toe separator all the way in and they kept sliding and smudging my polish. He got upset and smacking his lips because he had to redo my toes. He rushed doing my nails and charged me $3 to swipe glitter across the tips of my nails it was horrible and sadly my last time. I will never return here!

I have been going to this nail shop since I was a sophomore in high school, now I am a junior in college. But, since going away to school I would only go on my breaks home.Sheri is the only redeeming quality of this shop. Everyone else always has a terrible attitude and extremely impatient.The last, and final, time I went, I was in the middle of getting my nails done when they snatched the pillow from under my arm and gave it to another customer, leaving my wrists/arms to just rest on table without explaining why they were doing it and didnt say a word.This may seem very minuscule, but it felt extremely rude to see them give it to another customer when I have been going there for so long.For those looking for a shop, I recommend Star Nails in Shorewood. EVERYONE is friendly and even though it is large and always busy, I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a walk-in.

The worst place ever in Joliet to go get your nails done. I got no chip and the very next day my nails chipped and two of the nails broke off. I went in for them to fix them and the owners Husband was very rude and racist towards me. They ended up redoing my nails and it still wasn’t right. Do Not Go Here!!!!

I paid $52 dollars for my nails ( no chip& gel) I paid extra for diamonds and I went to work later on. Within the hours I was at work all the diamonds came off, my nail broke, AND my nail chipped but it was suppose to be no chip. I asked for my money back or at least a whole new set but they refused. Never going back.
