I had a no chip manicure that lasted 5 days. The pedicure was very quick and no massage. They had dusty Christmas decorations hanging. The place smelled like cigarettes. Will NOT be returning!!!

Mina the owner did my manicure and Don did pedicure. Don did amazing!! It was definitely relaxing and he was so funny and sweet. He even turned on the massage chair for me. He was very accommodating. My feet were in heaven. And keep in mind I’m picky af. But I’ll definitely be requesting him the next time I go. Mina did AMAZING with my nails. I showed her a picture on how I wanted my nails and she was honest as to the work she could do. She even made sure I had the right shade color that I liked. She mixed a few colors for me to get that RIGHT ONE. She was very nice and patient. Didn’t rush through her work. Very professional. I got rhinestones and it’s been almost 3 weeks and NOT ONE has fallen off. They still look like day one nails. Loved Mina and Don🙌.

Poor pedicure. Almost did wrong color on chrome nails and left residue under tip that I had to address. Found uneven spots in nails. Dissatisfaction for sure. This was for a wedding this weekend. Wont come back or recommend.

This is my 5th time at this place the last time I was here I loved my nails so I specifically asked whats his name and she wrote it down. I came in this morning saw him and 2 guys told me (the name on the card) hasnt worked there in a very long time. I told them he just did my nails they gave me another guy who I dont like because he burns my nails from doing the Dremel to long on my nails. I showed him a picture of the nails I want which was very simple and it came out horribly. I dont like to argue so I paid but will not be returning.. Whoever Tran is that is who I asked for and I seen him so next time if yall read your reviews make sure your staff dont try to take others customers. The lady is so nice and so is Tran ( I posted a pic of what she wrote down)

I came from Michigan on a mini trip and decided to get a pedi. They were super quick, no wait time. Really kind and professional. The man (Don) did my pedi to what I believed was the best of his ability. I absolutely love it here!! And would definitely come back if/when I visit Illinois 🥰

I visited the salon for the first time today and let me tell yall... Everyone was so very kind and considerate. First and foremost, Amongst all the madness going on in the world at this time the employees not only had masks on themselves but offered and made sure that all customers wore one as well, they were only taking customers by appts and didnt have more than a few people in the salon at a time. Mina took care of me today, I came in for a fill-in and with a few picture references of what I wanted and she helped me decide on the perfect one! I felt very welcomed, the place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, Mina took her time on my nails, made sure I was happy with them and even massaged my hands once she was done. Prices are reasonable and best believe they won me over and have a new customer for life. Cant wait to go back!! Truely recommend Image Nails to everyone...

Ghetto as hell. Tech did not do my design correctly and she was speaking in her language to another tech while laughing. That tells me she was talking disparagingly about me. Will never go back

I am a large woman and I havent been able to get to the nail shop due to the pandemic. My niece referred me to Image Nails. The seats were so comfortable. Ninas mom did my pedicure and she took her time and my feet feel and looks great. I also had my granddaughters with me ages 9 and 10 and they love their pedicures as well. Im definitely going back. Thanks Image nails.

I had an excellent experience. My stylist was professional, thorough, and fun. My hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it.

This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been in there were dead roaches everywhere next to where I got my nails done they ended up hitting 5 nails causing the skin to bleed from the drill and were very aggressive with me I DO NOT recommend coming here.

They were very nice and didn’t rush doing designs on your nails like some other nail salons do. I would recommend. :)

I got my lashes done at 1pm by 3pm my left even was half bare I went back to get them fixed and a few hours later my right lashes where falling into my eye so I just gave up and took them off. I told her I wanted them to look somewhat natural and that wasn’t what I got to begin with. She basically pulled them on top of each other

Went on a Monday and got dip nails and by Wednesday they were chipping off. I called and was told to come back to get them repaired so Thursday they repaired them and by Friday they were chipping again. They will never get another dollar out of me again!!

The purpose of coming was for a design and then youll try to use a sticker...so unacceptable...then on top you destroy my cuticles on my pedicure as well as my... Better service or closed shop or better yet go back to school....

Got full set with design lil pricey 60 bucks for full set acrylic nails was told on the phone by a guy 50 when made the appointment price change to 60 but service was nice and i really like my nails the lady was nice and took her time just hopefully the fill is not just a much

The artists in this salon are right on track with the newest and most beautiful styles! The pricing here is also great! They definitely have a new And Repeat customer in me for Life.

Mina the owner is the best. Very nice and works with you when you want a shade or design they don’t do until you are satisfied. I have been going here for 2 years and I don’t plan on leaving.

DONT Go HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Kevin told me $16 wasn’t enough money for him. Also he told me $15 for GEL POLISH. And than charge me $3 for clear polish. I ask why he told me because of the length. I got my nails done here 11/27/19. A nail popped off 11/29/19. Came back 12/2/19 she fixed my nail for free.I will never go back here.

The best in the town

My first time coming to this nail salon, I wasn’t sure what to expect but they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had never had ombré nails before and I loved them! They were beautiful. What I liked most about my visit is that the two technicians that were working on my nails were under pressure (because it was busy) but they still took their time on each person being served. I will be coming back, I might actually switch nail salons now. Thank you! ☺️💕

NEVER WILL GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! She ruined my nails. Maybe I should of educated myself before going but, I did not think they would straight lie about what they’re putting on my nails. I specifically said NO GLUE and was assured it’s not glue...... well it was.TERRIBLE PLACE!

I do not recommend this place at all I got a pedicure and I asked for something specific and the lady doing my pedicure said no and went on and did whatever she wanted. The staff there are not friendly at all I got my nails done the next day my nail broke and they charged me to fix it on top of them charging me my nail did not look the same as the others HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

The guy doing my pedicure smelt like heavy cigarettes...he dropped 3 different things on the floor and kept using them on me! He burnt me with the hot rocks..he didn’t cut my toe nails even..and he clipped too much skin and made me bleed! I will never come back to this trashy salonOH and he laughed when I said ow and they have NO AC!

I loved my experience here. Justin is great! I dont get my nails done often because i get very anxious about things like this but when i walked into Image Nails they were so friendly my anxiety disappeared. My nails look great and i couldnt have been happier with the customer service. They have a deal right now on hot stone pedicures that sounds awesome! Dont miss out! Oh and there is a price list right on the wall like most salons.

I’m a loyal customer I don’t go to any other shop however today they were short staffed and there is one lady in there that has a terrible attitude and this wasn’t the first time she’s been nasty to me. They do a good job as far as products and durability of their work but unfortunately it’s not worth your integrity to be treated bad I think people forget that we are there to pay for a service and spend hard earned money.

Wonderful I had the dipping powder and they turned out great! My granddaughter had Cats Eyes and she loves them! Stop by! No wait!

Different people work on you at any given moment and the price changed when I got there, but Im going to give it another try. Maybe it was a one time mistake.

Rude /argumentative staff. Asked for acrylic with non chip polish lady took forever and painted my natural nails and charged me $35 but if I got acrylic ( which I asked for) it would have been $40 which is fair but $35 for some crappy paint job and my nails started to bleed when I got home just a terrible experience. Trying to politely inquire about the prices the owner was very defensive and argumentative and I wasn’t even arguing the prices just asking how the pricing worked

The guy Kenny did a horrible job. He clearly doesnt know what he was doing. It took him more the 25 minutes just to put the acrylic on my nails. They were bulky and completely uneven. Not the shape I asked for. I even showed him a picture! High prices for a horrible job.

Got a pedi and the woman made my toe bleed then put finer nails on my toe nails and left them very very crooked and didnt take dead skin off my feet properly

My nails look horrible after a week.... I should have taken a picture of the half ass job they did half nail painted and overlay not covering the whole nail.... I didnt notice until I examining my nail one day..... Its terrible I will never go back again......

Staff was friendly. But when I left my feet were as dry and rough as they were when I came in. My toe nail polish was ruined by the time I got home. My toe nails were not completely dry when she sent me on my way. Will not return.
