Terrible service. I walked in at 6:10 and have never felt so rushed. She never had me rinse my hands after (what she seemed to call) filing. She only halfway filed them so they aren’t the same length, not smooth at all and are all crooked. She only had my hands in the UV light for the no chip for such a short time that the tips are smudged looking.The hours on the door AND online say they close at 9 yet the lady was turning people down at 6:40 telling people they were closed… then would go back to sitting in a chair on her phone waiting for the girl doing my nails to finish. She saw the clock hit 7 and started to file and then told me I was done.I have been going here for awhile but will never be going back after today.Absolutely terrible service.

Very dissatisfied. I got my gel set soaked off and an overlay applied. My nails look horrible; the acrylic from the overlay is all on my skin. He definitely was rushing. The guy didn’t give me any cuticle oil or lotion- hands and cuticles lookingn crusty. It was nasty in this establishment…like dried up stains, polish everywhere. It use to be so beautiful here. Never again.

Came with my two sisters, there are nail techs that do great work but I unfortunately had a nail tech that did a bad job. Looks like this person didn’t have much experience. After I was just walking around in the mall one of my nails had the polish peeling off and I went back in to get that re done but now I’m having the same issue with other nails and I just got this done yesterday.

Nice people working there. But the place is filthy and it appears a lot of stuff doesnt work right. One of the pedicure bowls was flooding across the floor.

This place was filthy. I went in as they were opening up and the place was not cleaned. Dust, dirt, old wrapping all over the floor. Walls and cubicles were dusty and dirt all over floor.I went in because my husband gave me a gift card. As I went to pay the man said my gift card had no funds. After I found receipt to show proof he apologize and said he was only missing a number.Having the establishment dirty is one thing. But to ask for proof of gift purchase is unheard of.DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICES

I work as a chef, so Im always on my feet. Went with my wife and we both got a pedicure. Service was good, place was clean and pedicure felt great. Hopefully this will ease some of my foot pain.

Collin did an amazing job but the schedule process could improve if they are busy they ask you to write your name number give you a hold time only for you to come back nd its longer because some walked in and got in even if you call ahead schedule a time and on time your still waiting.

Called and made appt for 3:30 p.m. Checked in a little early was told very rudely we had to wait until our appt time . At 3:30 we checked in. At 4 p.m I asked how much long and was told we would be next. The “manager” pointed to a man and woman said they would be taking us next. The man then comes up and starts doing someone’s manicure. This place is very unorganized very unprofessional and not very clean at all. I do not recommend booking an appt at this place.I understand a little wait but it was easily going to be a minimum 1 hr wait.

Woe are the days of posting 25-30$ for a fullset. Lots of nail salons are asking instagram prices for DIY nails. I asked for nude acrylic almond shaped nails. The nail lengths were uneven with virtually no natural nail prep. They gave me a nude acrylic that was too light and they were lifting within a week. If you have the time go on ig and use hashtags to find good nail artists with quality products in your area. The only good thing was my pedicure lasted about 3 weeks.

This place is almost always busy because they do such a good job. I’ve been a fan for years now.

My appointment was at 1:15. I showed up at 1:10 and was told they were a bit behind, so they asked to come back in 20 minutes. I came back and stood at the front desk till 2 oclock. I got a full set, and 1 nail fell off after 2 days. My nails all look like different shapes and sizes.

This place has horrible customer service I booked a appointment for a full set drive from Chicago to Joliet just because Tony Was the best in this shop‼️ Only to be told when I get there he booked and he told the receptionist that but I never got a call saying appointment was canceled or couldn’t be verified just bad service all the way around and I used to come here all the time now I see why all the good people are leaving‼️ I will never go bck there for nothing just horrible service all together

I havent been here in over 2yrs. I decided to go in today. So glad I did. The lady named Sam was WONDERFUL. She is very good at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable. The price is a little expensive, but I will gladly continue to make appointments with Sam. Shes the best. Happy customer.

Ok so I went to get my nails done I got a good nail lady but it’s very poorly nail came off after couple or washes and lady next to me was not wearing a mask when we first enter and was on the phone with her boyfriend and stopped to pause when she would talk would not recommend.

My experience at toe heaven was horrible! When I arrived there I was ignored for a good while and when someone finally asked what I needed they told me to have a seat at table 1 where again I sat and waited for a long time. And Im sure not 1 of them noticed when I walked out and went to classy nails on the other side of mall and was greeted right away. It was not having to wait my turn it was that no one noticed when we walked in. I cant even give 1 star for this establishment but since I have to in order to post. But I still rate no stars.

Needs some deep cleaning! Most of the mani/pedi tools look used repeatedly not ever see alcohol wiping or any soaking process. Especially the buffers tips look like it sits there for multiple uses. Ive seen techs leave pedi station with gloves from touching clients feet and check people in/out front. Handling credit card and money. Strikes me very odd if you have to receive certification for this work. I would think OSHA and cross contamination is practiced. Unfortunate because they do a good job. If they did a few more cleanliness practices they could have more business. But it was hard to watch this.

I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get seen, the male tech that did my nails made them super thick and when I said something about it he was giving me attitude about it. I said it again and he started aggressively filing my nail down and got mad when he had went over my cuticle 3x and I said something. Another tech had to come and finish his work and my nails ended up really short. Never coming here again!!! I do not recommend

This was by far the worst experience ever. I asked that my niece have her nails short with just a slight free edge and the guy that did her nails stated that he understood. Once the service concluded, my niece walks out and mentioned that one hand is much longer then the other. As I walked back to Toe Hell, she suggested that she’s okay with the way they look to prevent a fuss. Clearly symmetry isn’t of the essence. We will never return. If I was able to rate this place a zero, they would have had it by now.

This place is GREAT!!! The man who did my nails, Bowen was such a wonderful guy. He helped me with everything. Very helpful and sweet. I would really recommend this place to anybody.

It’s the best nail shop I’ve Been to in Joliet they wear kind they didn’t shock you with the nail drill.I went to Nail tech and the lady was rude she was trying to tell me what to paint my nails when I needed a certain color and when I told her politely that I didn’t want that color she had an attitude.Then she shocked me with the nail still multiple times.Toe Heaven is amazing if u need your nails done their the place to go.

Workers are rude, pedicures are rushed, waited 20 mins in the pedi water before someone acknowledge that i still waiting. They man handled my feet instead of telling me what they wanted me to do. One of the workers have their young children interrupting and listening to a very loud tablet in the front or the store. I used to come here every 3 weeks for pedicures. But now I will find a new place. Not to mention their pedi massage chairs dont work. 😒

Pedicure was good. Not very relaxing. A worker would not stop talking. She was giving a manicure and kept talking loudly in her language with the woman that was doing my pedicure. I found that to be very annoying. Not the same experience I had the first time I was here - disappointing.

This my favorite spa. The nail tech always take there time on hands and feet. The equipment is clean and sanitary which is what I love most..

Do not give this place your service! I prepaid, had a time set up for my fiance, step kids, sister and niece for services. They show up early for their appointment. They let too many walk-ins in and had to push back their appointment back 30 minutes. They came back because they wanted the services we PREPAID for!!! Now the women who did the Mani/pedis were extremely nice and professional. Well, they finish up and my fiance wanted to buy the color she picked out. She made a complaint to the manager saying that it was not professional that they made them wait for a scheduled appointment. They lady started saying if you cant afford our services dont come. But, we PREPAID 😂😂😂😂! She called for secruity. Long story short, my step daughter was able to make a complaint to the mall about the manager. Which then the manager tried going through the security guards to go after my fiance and step daughters.

This will be the last time I go here! I went here the other day to get a full set that usually takes up to an hour if done properly. Took her about 25 minutes along with attitude, rude gestures and being rough with my nails. Excess glue was used on every single nail which then left my hands covered in glue. I was not happy with the way they looked at the end which was a waste of time and money. Not impressed!

Every time I set up an appointment, I end up waiting an hour regardless. No matter how early in advance you make the appointment, it means absolutely nothing. The most I’ve waited for my appointment was almost 2 hours. And sometimes they cancel on you all together and go home “sick for the day” without prior notice to your appointment... so annoyed with this place. Toni is the best if you can ever get an appointment with him.

Manicure couldve been a little more precise, my girlfriends full set was done well however. Would return.

The workers here were very kind but the manager, a devil. This woman was completely unprofessional and so rude to my mother, sister, and I. We went here for my mothers birthday and my sister gets frustrated with her so the woman tells her she has attitude (my sister was angry because we prepaid for an appointment and she made us wait about 45 minutes and acts rude about it), and after we get done my mother asks for some sort of small discount because of the wait and she starts implying that we cant afford this place even though we had prepaid for it (clearly she isnt very intelligent) then starts screaming for security because my mother was explaining a complaint so the woman started getting embarrassed and turning red. My mother talked calmly to the lady but she is clearly unstable. I do not recommend going to a place where they are so unprofessional, rude, and accusing.

Always wonderful pedicure! I recommend the deluxe. It has all you could want in a good pedicure! The attendants are very nice and accommodating.

Decided to come here so my sister can get her nails done for her birthday. The place was NOT BUSY yet my sister was waiting for someone for a good 25 mins. I was almost done. I asked twice when someone was going to help my sister . The whole reason we were there was for her. Never coming here again worst experience.

I would give it 0 stars if i could the service is horrible, the guy who did my nails didn’t even say hi back to me and kept stoping to answer his phone, the quality of their acrylics is horrible i had two nails pop off because they weren’t glued on good enough with two days of getting them done my shape was uneven and awful and when i politely asked her to make them all even she rolled her eyes at me and told me she would do it after she painted them then she never did both the girl and man i had were rude and didn’t do a good job. i’ve never written a review at all but this place is horrible.

This place is a total rip off. My 16 yr old son brought me a gift card for my birthday with his hard earned money and wasnt told he had to keep the receipt to redeem it. When I went to use it the first time I was told the gift card machine was not working. I returned 2 weeks later and the lady told u needed a receipt. DO NOT EVER BUY A GIFT CARD. I have a $30 gift card that I cannot use.

Went here even though I didnt like the bad reviews...they were right! I had my nails done for Ren Fair. on a Thu. Night ...By Sunday morning, one had already broke and the majority were already lifting...are you kidding me? these should last a good couple of weeks not three days!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!.

They always please the customer! I always come out of this salon happy and in a good mood. Everyone has an amazing personality which makes me excited to come and get my nails done, and visit friends not just nail technicians.

There is always a positive and amazing vibe every time I walk in. & even though I never make appointments (which I should do especially since I come every two weeks) the wait is never major. Amazing work ethic, performance, and proficient.

I usually dont have a bad experience here but this last time I went which was Wednesday 2/20 my nails are crooked and now four days later my nails are turning colors and I was supposed to have gel nails. I paid over $100 at this place and would NOT recommend anyone to get their nails done here.

Worst experience at a nail shop. The techs continued to rush and did an incredibly sub-par job. My friends toes were bleeding, and her dip powder manicure was uneven, bumpy, and the tech insisted she was done despite them looking dusty and no top coat. Never, ever, ever go here.

My mom, sister, and I always go in together to get pedicures or for my mom to get her nails filled in and they know us there. If one of us goes without the others, they ask where the others are. Plus, they have really nice pedicures.

First of all I got a pedicure and full set of nails. They say me in the chair ran the water, then they took so long, my water got cold before they even started. She finally put in the water jet after 10 minutes. I ordered the tropical pedi, and she just had a mediocre process of doing it, so while she was doing my toe nails I looked around and the place is disgustingly unkept. Its not clean, dust and old nail dust all around you from the previous person. Its dark and unpleasant, paint chips, stains and more dust than a old lady house in a trailer park. They did my full set very well, but extremely over priced Im use to paying under $80 in AZ for the same services, and she charged me $97 ! If Im back this way again I will never go, unless its updated and they have better cleaning standards!

Not very clean

Thought I’d give them another chance today and I’m sorry I did. The tech left my nails with rough edges that catch on everything. I’m sure the gel will life within a couple days because I had to come home and file. Never going back. They rush you through, definitely not worth the money you pay for the service you get!! Don’t waste your time.

I went to this place today. And I know Sundays are always busy at nail salons. But they should at least be honest and tell you its going to take almost two hours instead of one hour. And I only got a fill in and it took almost an hour for that because the woman kept leaving and coming back. Very frustrating since I had already been waiting two hours. She did a good job but very over priced for such a long wait.

I first went to Toe Heaven yesterday morning (10/11/16) to get a full gel set. The technician was already working on someone and he said (I believe his name was Tony..) that he would be able to do my nails at noon. I have a job and could not wait until then. I asked for his earliest availability the next day (10/12/16) and he said it was 10am. The lady took down my name and wrote it in the appointment book. Flash forward to today. I get to Toe Heaven ten minutes before my appointment, and ten minutes before opening, was checked in saying I can pick my color, sit in the first chair and that my nail tech was running late and would be here soon. Completely fine since I take forever to choose a color. I come back from picking a color to find a lady sitting in my chair. I thought nothing of it until I saw my tech come in and start working on her even though I had made an appointment. When I had confronted the man working the front desk, he checked the book, confirmed that I was the person who should be getting their nails done, muttered something in another language to the tech, and then had the audacity to ask if I could come back later. Yeah, no. Im not coming back at all.tl;dr This nail salon does not value people who make appointments. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had the nicest tech and have never had such a great peticure.

I go here to get no chip nails and my toe nails done and they say it will be a 40 minute wait. When I get back there I choose my nail color and have to wait another 20 minutes until I finally get seated. My sister is still waiting to get acrylic nails while they start fileling my nails and cut them as short as they can go. They never asked and Ive been growing my nails out for over a month and now Im back to where I started. They bring out the box full of fake nails and I tell them i dont want acrylic nails, apparently they confused me with what my sister wanted even though they called MY name. So now Im waiting for someone to finally do my nails and while stuck with little stubs for a nail. I get my nails done with no complaint about how they look only now Im back to waiting to get my toenails done. My sister comes back with her acrylic nails and with one glance you can see they did a sloppy jobs with many mess ups with the nail polish. After 20 minutes of waiting to get my toenails done I decide Im not wasting anymore of my time, pay for the no chip and acyrillic and leave. For what we got done and the service there it is not worth the cost for those two things it cost $63 without a tip. In my opinion they need to be honest with how long the wait is and have to double the amount of worker because they never just do your nails theyre always having to leave and do something else like talk to someone who just walked in the nail place. The rating people gave this place is a lie and I would never recommend going here.

It was my first time coming to Toe Heaven and I loved the experience. From the beginning to the end. Especially Huy who was the one that did my nails 💅🏼 He did a really good job and exactly how I wanted them and more! I loved it !! Defiantly coming back for his service👍🏼.

They do nails alright, just didnt like how distracted all the employees are with there phones. Could barley stay forced on doing my nails because she was constantly looking at her phone and talking to all the other employees. At one point her employee came and showed her something on her phone and there all laughing about it while the other customer is waiting for her to finish painting the rest of her nails. Very unprofessional from a customer service look.

Its so dirty there, pretty unorganized, ive gone twice now and the two different staff members ive had, were either rude or unfriendly. They were great with taking me unexpectedly with no appointment but rushed me when looking through color choices even though I had just started looking. Not going there again. This place looks nice from pictures or walking by but its different once being in the seat. Ive been to places that look no where near as nice but still had amazing service at those places.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I’ve been to this place 2 times and the men r really good but the women r very very bad!!!!!!!i was there just in April and I was ripped off so bad. I Spent over $100 on my full set nails plus I tipped the lady I wanted a full pedicure as well within a week all my nails were falling off and I had so much dry skin under my feet!!!! I called n told them they said we can’t do nothing for you n the manager started yelling at me on the phone I just hung up on her she was yelling so badly never again so watch out ladies do not come here

I always receive good service. It can be extremely chaotic in there when its busy though. Sometimes waits of up to 1 1/2 hours.

Huy did my fill in today and did a fantastic job. He was able to get my right in as well as present me with what I requested! I come here all the time

I stop by here for a mani and pedi. The lady at the front desk was very rude, and threw a pamphlet at us instead of answering our question. We had a 35 min wait and was not offered a seat. I end up just walking out and going to a different place.

I’m extremely disappointed with the management in this establishment. She was AGGRESSIVE, rude, disrespectful, and the woman deserves to lose her license. I hope she gets fired. My group prepaid all our services the day before and made an appointment, but they were 30 min late. The woman was hostile when I said to her “this was prepaid and you confirmed our appointment for 2:00pm”. She said “want refund or wait?” My group said to wait, so we did. I REGRET THIS. After our services my mom wanted to purchase the nail polish color they used, and when they were checking out my mom mentioned we were upset they were late because we had to push back our plans. The woman became unstable, and said “if you can’t afford don’t come here” (which we prepaid for so we were confused!!!!) after I told her not to speak to my mom that way, more customers were building up and out of embarrassment she screamed** for security. We began walking out and I wanted to speak with security so I joined her. The security guard let me speak and kept telling that delish woman to shut up because she was interrupting me. He asked me if there was a real issue here, and I said “no, she’s just embarrassed for having a complaint and didn’t know how to cope with it”. We decided I was going to file a complaint on her, and I said she deserved to be fired. She tried ramming through security to get me and we walked away so I could file my complaint. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE, UNCARING, SELFISH, and AGGRESSIVE. I hope no one gets treated like this because this woman (the manager, who refused to give me her name) needs to be fired and hopefully looses her license.
