Great place if your looking for work they will send you to a few places. I’ve called early always been able to be put on a list for 1st or 2nd shift overall no complaints great place.

Good people who do their best to find you work. The ladies who work the front desk are very professional, courteous and caring. they definitely deserve a better location. Thats not to say that the location is bad or anything. id just like to see them in an environment that matches their class and elegance.they are really good at funding jobs and seem to care about both the customer and the client.I cant stress how hopeful and polite they are just truly good people doing their job to the best of their ability. particularly at the Joliet location. The one other location i visited in Chicago heights was good too. You can trust them to do their best to fin you work. if your looking for employment.If your an employer you can trust them to send you some of the best workers.Their like Family. So when you go there be sure to be kind and show them the same courtesy & professionalism im sure they will show you.

The level of customer service was trash. They are not professional to any agency standard at all. Suggest trying other agencies in that area before wasting your time.

Worst staffing agency. I mean WORST. They will lie about assignments. Example; you call around 10am one of them will “Take your name” down to call back at 3:30pm when they receive the order. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU! If u do a follow up call they will pretend like they have no idea who u are and then will say “The order has been filled” WAIT u guys never called me. I call maybe 10-20 mins after 3:30pm and the WHOLE assignment has been filled. Hours are ALWAYS missing if u have the chance to actually receive some work and TRUST me the process of them recovering hours for you will almost not be worth it! I would bet they really aren’t even looking into it. No seriously cooperate really needs to take a deep dive into this place and its practices. The women who work there seem to be alot more focused on what’s going on in their cellphones and the damn food they’re eating at the time! Im sorry guys lol. But this place is terrible.

This lady at the place was so rude when I worked at dynamic (never go there or apply there because its all hispanics they are super racist to you if you are anything else other then there enthecity. The supervisor there is mean as well and never does her job unless the boss man is there too. When I went to pick up my check the staffing lady she was rude to me as well. I dont know her name but shes tiny and has a tiny face and all that like shes squeshed together. When I worked at the dynamic they dont teach you how to do it except once and if you mess up they act like theyre better then you. They play loud Spanish music all day there and never change it to anything English, they stare you down like up and down and all around its extremely uncomfortable. that was my experience.
