Ive never heard a bad word about integrity Staffing solutions amazon onsite. i brought a friend there once and they helped her get set up immediately. I have seen some people walk in with a bad attitude.full of resentment and worry about whatever problem they are facing. You know, that negative negative energy tends to follow people and spreed. the staff does a good job at not letting it effect their professionalism. they handle it wellCons.once i walked in with a friend and the place was completely empty no signage or anything. The least they could do is have a sign that says either closed, or out to lunch the the expected return time

I worked with integrity before so I’m kind of aware of how they work. But this time I have been going through loops just to get a job. I’ve applied and called many times inquiring about a job and even got multiple emails saying they are hiring but once I arrive to the location I am sent away with nothing.

This is one of the most unprofessional teams I have ever had the displeasure of conversing with. They lied about wages 3 separate times giving me a “contingent job offer” at x per hour. Then when I show up for my first day they tell me it’s a wage $1.85 less than they said. They cancelled my first day of work with no notice to me. They tried to reschedule an appointment under my nose and then said I missed the appointment (luckily I kept their emails). Then with no apology or explanation said “we aren’t hiring anymore so there’s really no point for you to be here” I would not recommend anyone use this service as a job seeker or recruitment. The thing integrity staffing lacks are employees with integrity.

Okay so here is my honest review about Integrity Staffing. I went to Integrity Staffing and signed up to work for Amazon 2 years ago. They said that I had to reapply because I didnt pass some questions that were asked on the application so I reapplied again. The second time I applied I past the application process, made it to the drug testing screening and the orientation that takes place in a separate building. I was even compensated for my time at the orientation for Amazon. After the orientation I was never contacted again. Now according to what I read from another persons review of integrity is that they keep their numbers up for the hiring so they can get a tax cut now I dont have all the details I just know that thats what I read so I dont mess with Integrity Staffing anymore if I want to get hired to Amazon I go directly to the Amazon website f*** Integrity Staffing.

Completely unprofessional. Unorganized. Basically use people as human buckshot. I was used and abruptly let go just before any meaningful OT or bonus was available at Amazon. Stated I did not make rate for 6 weeks in which time it was mentioned in the first week and never again thereafter. Everything is I will check on it. Fly by the seat of their pants. I would give them less than a star if possible.

The site is fine but when you get on the job they are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for in my life.i have 15 years experience with temp companies and this is by far the worst.they have no management skills at all and they try to write you up on there own mistakes.i thought amazon was going to be a great opportunity but this place just ruins it.they over staff then try to treat people like there paper plates and push you until your past your limits.they force you to make rates that are unable to make unless you check your boxs quantity.then you could work so hard non stop even and not make rate because of not getting enough qty in each box.then they give you 40 hrs approved time off.and then when you use it they try to write you up for clocking out early.its just the least integrity Ive ever seen in any company I have ever worked for .what a name for a company that has none of it.please save yourself because I couldnt.

Very unorganized, had a 9am new hire event direct hire amazon, didnt start until 10:15. Told to come back with ss card causing my start date to change when I9 was already processed, came back same lady told me she didnt need my 2 forms andjust took my photo which she could have done when I was there previously. Amazon needs a new hire agency!!

I completed all the steps for direct hire on amazon’s website. The same day I get a contingent letter saying I had to set up an appointment only to find out there were no appointments listed or available. Two weeks later I get the same email and was able to get an appointment for the interview. I live 70 miles away to attend the appointment only to be disappointed it was through a temp firm and not directly with amazon. I walk inside and the place was pretty empty. The receptionist told me that Amazon wasn’t hiring for direct hire at the present time and asked if I’d rather be employed as a temp instead. I declined so she told me I had to redo my I-9 as the one they had me do online was for Romeoville and not Joliet. I did that and was given a piece of paper with a number on it and asked to sit and wait. At this point I was very disappointed thinking I’ve been given the runaround. I dressed up nicely for the interview only to be told I wouldn’t get hired right away. A couple minutes later a guy came out of the back room and took my picture. Then I went into the back room where he gave me the drug test and told me everything about the job and answered all the questions I had. That guy was very informative and gave me hope. Was told it would take 5-7 days to get the drug screening and background check back. After that I would be put on a waiting list. It’s been a week and still waiting on the results.

I have nothing but good things to say except for the part the waiting for the orientation for the job at Amazon was a bit tiring and you dont really get the chance to pick your own work schedule. Other than that the staff were professional and respectful. it was a smooth process. I recommend this agency to others. if you dont believe you just have to go there and experience it yourself.

Dont waste your time, integrity is unprofessional and lie to your face. Took 8 weeks to get an assignment for it just to be cancelled due to over capacity at the warehouse. I literally went to orientation, then was told to come back 2 weeks later for my first day, my schedule time was for 7 a.m, drove there to be told they cancelled all assignments, no call, no email, nothing. Luckily I had a job to fall back on, I advise for anyone who is thinking about applying to either keep your current job or have a back up option.

The worst place to hire through!!!! my fiance was hired in 90 days temp to hire for a place starting at min wage. after 6 months, they fired the entire temp hires. went back to integrity, found him another position starting him at $17.50. I heard it directly out of her mouth after verifying the pay, twice.. After receiving his first check, we realized it was half of what it was supposed to be. We called in, Angie stated oh no hunny, they pay 17.50 but through our agency you only get $11.65 completely screwed him over. Will NEVER go back here.

My experience working through integrity was terrible, my agent refused to talk to me on the phone, text only. Very unprofessional. Had to fill out all the paperwork several times because they spelled my name wrong and lost paperwork. I was told I would be employed and have a job on the first Monday of the month and I kept getting the run-around and finally over 3 weeks later I got to start the job. They charged me for the background check and was told false information regarding pay rate. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

The receptionist had to do some stuff to get me through an online application and when she saw I had a lot of applications on my account, she scolded me and said I should figure out what I want to do. This seems unprofessional -- trust me lady, if I could find a decent job I would not need to keep visiting you!

Excellent company to work for they are very helpful all through the hiring process and when u get on site they continue that same service always promoting professional development for all employees.

Showed up for a job interview 15 minutes before as normal people do, othe prospective employees filled the lot and no one was there to facilitate the interview. Why even have the nerve to send out a interview reminder the day before and the morning of if the business is closed? Where is the integrity in wasting peoples time?

You will never get in touch with a person over phone2, you can never finish application process to schedule appointment3, they will email you as if their is an Immediate position open and then schedule you for an appointment 4 or 5 weeks later4, it sucks because im sure after all the time you invested in doing the application and bullshit assessment test you will have to do it all over again once you get to office.A total waste of time and effort. everything is automated over phone and this is the quality our great nation has stooped to, for a job. temp job not a career but a funky ass temp job.

The girl doing the presentation was very Informative and clear on how everything would be done and even what to expect afterwards. I will however say that her manager or just coworker was very rude to her in front of us yelling at her someone needs to take over because I dont feel that I should be doing everyones job while I was waiting to do my i9. I mean the poor girl didnt say anything just asked what she wanted her to do. I see a lot of bad reviews here but maybe today was just a lucky day for that it wasnt so packed as Ive been seeing. Really hope shes not the manager because that was rude. I did ask for the young girls name she was the only Spanish/Hispanic one there. So good job Lupe for still being nice and doing your job regardless of how you co-worker treated you!

Horrible experience. Had an appointment was there 6 hours and was cursed out because I had to use the restroom. We were yelled at and told we could leave or go to neighborhood restaurants to use it. But was there 6 hours she said a dumb applicant left the key in the restroom its not her fault everyone isnt smarter than a 5th grader and the most rudest nastiest tone ever and she was the manager. First impression I decided I didnt want to work for a company like that and left I will never go there again. Why would they let someone like that run their office and according to some others that has been there before she is always that way. Needless to say if I have to go there to work for amazon I wont be back

Yeah I did not like that staffing either because they take out too much damm taxes for them and city county Joliet. I supposed to make $800 In gross pay but my net pay suppose to be around $600 or more. But I received $400 dollars on Christmas eve. That why I never been back up there to staffing or to work for amazon warehouse unless I get hired parment.

This is the worst job experience I ever had. I had to leave early because I was very sick and vomiting in the trash cans at work so I decided to leave early to get better. The next day I noticed I had a point given to me for something I could not help. Basically I am being punished for being sick.

I guess you just have to go in for ur self to see this place. most of the staff was cool who knew all those questions actually determine if you get a job. there was a black girl with curly hair who just told some other guy who was not going to get a job because he didnt pass his questions. thats something that should be in an email or somethin. anyway since this is just a review that lady had an attitude all day and was just rude, someone got to talk to her since i see most these reviews actually describe her. how do she still work there is beyond me. hope i atleast hear back from amazon

No way of contacting them, everything is done over a robot on a phone. Ive had 3 assignments cancel on me. One of them I even went to orientation, by the way, they never paid me for the 4 hours I was there. Dont waste your time, I wasted 3 months waiting, and declined 2 job offers elsewhere because of this place. 0/10 for them.

Dont waste your time with this ignorant, unprofessional staffing firm. First off, I applied for a job with Amazon online and never once did it mention it was with a staffing firm. Secondly, I drove almost 40 minutes for what I was told was an interview with Amazon for a position in Bolingbrook only to be told when I got there they werent hiring for Bolingbrook and they would put me on a list. Go anywhere else but here.

Horrible and unprofessional they have gave me three start dates so far and canceled all three of them and have me stilk waiting on a new start day. I attended a orientation that i wasnt paid for....just horrible and i wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone

Staff was not friendly, and did not bother to inform me that the job I was coming in to meet with them about had already been filled. They were much more worried about sitting behind the front desk and gossip about what they were seeing on facebook.

Poor service! No communication with staff and very poor record keeping! Only gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me post without any.

Went there the 26 expecting to have an interview at 8:30 am. Got there and it was closed. I wasnt notified about this. Went there back the next day for another scheduled interview to find out that they werent hiring while in their website it said the opposite. The wosrt part of this is that I live 35 miles away from that agency. So I ended up wasting not only my time. But 40$ worth of gas. Very disappointing expirience

Very unprofessional, they dont even have a telephone number to get in contact with them, did the app, and drove all the way to joliet just for them to tell me they have no drug tests or anyone to interview me. What a waste of time.
