Johnstone is not my regular supply house, but I do have an account with them and use them from time to time. Johnstone is great because they usually have that oddball part that many of the local competitors do do nor carry. Plus, if my local Joliet branch doesn’t have what I need, the new Joliet Distribution Center for Johnstone Supply always will have what I need.

Dont waste your time here. They are liars and discriminate. They had me come in and apply and take tests and I guarantee I did extremely well on the test. Have 10 years experience in warehouse/Factory. They interview me right after but seem very interested that I was injured in the past which Im definitely good now. Talked about it almost the hole time. After, they ignored me and kept saying they would call me back and finally I called and told them I understand their concern but insured them Im very healthy and would work very hard for them and the GM said they were looking for someone with Reach Truck experience and funny thing is that today Im going to get certified got that specific thing and told him that and he wanted out of the conversation real fast after that! There is no reason not to hire me and I am making a discrimination case against them. Also seemed to me they were just ignoring the black people that were applying there and went straight to me till they found out about my past injury. Stay away from this place and DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! That GM is gonna have some explaining to do

I had a real problem..my furnace inductor motor was shot! Today was the last day anyone would be open until after Christmas. So basically I would have no heat for 4 days over Christmas. I called the emergency # and Tony came in after hours just to let me pick up the motor I needed. He went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank him enough. Because of him my Christmas will be warm instead of a winter wonderland inside my home.

Terrible place told me over the phone had my part,after a 40 minute drive I get there and they tell me they dont have it. The guy never even looked.

Do not come here with semi truck its very hard to back up at the dock. They didnt even wont to ask the owner of the car to move the car.
