Arrived at 5:45am. Unloaded with paper work by 6:30am. Clean bathrooms. Very nice lady at receiving office.

This place was really bad!!! If you can avoid this place like plague!!!!I had a 10am appointment time checked in at 0938 they told me I was too early and they staged me and told me to come back in 12 mins…..really!! They took 4 HOURS!! To unload me, all I had was Pepsi products and when I got the bill it said subject to count….. so what took so then!!! I don’t know everyone was complaining there.

Checked in on time and right to the door. 1-2 hours to get unloaded. Rest room in the building and snack and soda machines.

Only allow you in 30 mins before your appt. No overnight parking parked across the street. Lumper fee, arrived at 530am, docked at 630, left at 940am.

Avoid at all cost... appt. 9a.m, it is now 1:48 p.m and still no green light... almost 5 hours for a skidded DRY load, Ridiculous

This place is horrible. Appointment was at 10:00am arrived at 7:30am. The guard told me to come back at your appointment time. Got a dock at 10:00am and it’s 1:00pm and no action. I guess I might get my restart here. By far the worse warehouse in my 8 years driving. Very mismanaged. Corporate needs a better lumper service then capstone. Not professional at all. STAY AWAY

No go zone, 14 pallets, from 9 am, now 2 pm still nothing, absolutely worst place I ever been to

They were fast and had me unloaded fast even though I had a hard time finding truck entrance and let me stay and do a ten hour in lot by guard which was very nice of them, lumper is high depending on loads. Would come back here again now I know how to get to them.

This place is a disaster don’t come here for any money. Lampers are here capstone externally slow. They will keep you hostage.

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. Straight In to a door. Whole truck, two hours to unload. Capstone Mafia... er lumper service.

I gave it three stars cuz lady in the lumper office was cool.....unloaded 27 pallets checked in at 7:24am....out 1:36pm

To bad what Google doesnt have 0 stars. Worst facility. Super slow, super lazy stuff. Came at 6am, out at 3pm.

Second time here. Both on time for my appointment, took them 3.5 and 4 hours to unload. Capstone doing bad job at this location

Scammers. My driver was before his appointment and they marked that he was late and charged us $300.

Stay way from this place.8 hours to unload, this place is garbage.

Worst place to come and make a delivery. Took them 6 hrs to unload and count 14 skids and their lumper fees ate too high.

The only good thing about this place is the security guard they was very fast and helpful the rest of the staff was very rude and slow had a 9AM appointment to get unloaded didnt back into a dock until 10am and didnt leave until 16.40

Worst place to deliver you will lose your hrs and next load as well and they have no respect for drivers

So long story short, iam delivering marinated pickles, after almost 5h of paid unloading service they reject a pallet, reason pallet is damaged, when i asked whats the damage, they sad its was a fly on the pallet that automatically is considered damage, fly, marinated pickles is glass jars,

Friendly people, loaded in 3 hrs. Told me I could stay overnight if needed. Only bummer is no access to a restroom

They started unload pretty quick, after waiting 2 hrs let me know it will be over 2 hrs to unloadMc Cormick, they do not give you lumper fee untill they are done unloading thats ridiculous !its been 3hrs now ugh ! after 5 hrs I asked why it is taking so long they said it now can take upto 7 hrs to unload and open every pakage really this is ridiculous how do they keep customers at this rate my company pays me to wait that long, I would call ahead and ask the wait time before you except a live unload !

Zero stars. I dropped my trailer at 14:00. Now its 21:00 and still waiting...

Dont want to give even 1 star when I checked in the guard informed me I had to ware a face mask when I ask about his he said he was clean and didnt have to ware one but truck drivers had to cause they might be infected he also said he was under quarantine and I said so why are you at work been here 6 hours now
