Got there 30 min early. Checked in and backed into dockForklift driver and other guy standing there. I said how are yall doing. No answer and I stared until one said hello. Other just still looking. Unloading was great but the attitudes are very bad thats why I gave 3 stars.🤷🏻‍♂️ Reviews help other truckers but Ive noticed how far back Some reviews go and I dont think the company is worried about it

They ask for a delivery at 0500 and 1700. Arrive early for delivery to an empty tank. They wait 30 minutes after shift change, both times, to allow me to unload. When you ask a question they give you an attitude. Guess thats what happens when the employees are running the asylum and dont care how much money it costs the company.

A little tight for backing but everyone was very nice.

Really need to get there act together last 3 times I went there they were not ready

I hate it. If you drive tanker, the unload is most times your hoses and your fittings, and your gumby suit regardless of product. Some products they do the unload but take all day. When its your unload, you have to pull off at least 40 of hose and 2 fittings, and wearing your gumby suit regardless of product or weather. If you get paid percentage, the rate isnt worth the trouble this receiver will put you through waiting for them to do the unload or for all the equipment and gear youll have to use. Not to mention their attitude kinda sucks even on their best days. Avoid if possible.

Very straightforward. Guard checked me in, receiving took my paperwork, I dropped my trailer and then picked up my empty. Took no longer than twenty minutes. Would deliver here again!

Yes pretty slow on loading truck. Although Ive seen worse thats for sure. Kind of a dirty dingy place depressing atmosphere

Okay service, will charge you for everything service but WILL NEVER INVOICE YOU and will let debt accumulate until they get 90+ then finally will reach out.In their defense it depends on which branch of their service you decide to use.

Fast unload, probably because I was the only one there. Easy to deal with shipping desk.

Horrible. Everyone I encountered was mean and nasty. They keep your DL the whole time youre on the property. Must wear a helmet. Very slow unloading.

Just did work for comed outside of the factory but safety was their main focus before they let us work

THIS PLACE does not even deserve 1 star, please if you got a load from this load cancel it right away and never come back, they will make your sick with waiting just for loading 4-5 hours after you have to wait another 2-3 hours for BOL... they do not care at all.... please dont get any load from any ECOLAB warehouses especially in JOLIET IL....Shipping office every one is lazy .... very very very slow and ... so on place.. I wish i will never get load from this place.............................

The receiving dept. uses every bit of the two hour unloading time to get a driver unloaded ! It takes roughly fifteen to twenty min. To unload a semi trailer,with the 2 hr unload time your not even started on until hour and a half into your scdl. Apt!!!!

Nobody in a hurry to do much of anything here. If your going to Ecolab, pack a lunch and get ready to sit

Jeremy is right, I dont know if their understaffed or what but they took exactly 2hrs to unload me each time Im there. Ive been there over 10 times and me being on E-logs Ive been screwed on getting back to Minneapolis on time.
