I had to pay over $100 to get my hair fixed after my visit here :( the girl who did my hair was so sweet I ended up feeling bad for her but my hair was an absolute disaster. Everything was uneven and so choppy. I asked for a trim and lost several inches.....and to add insult to injury I had to go even shorter to make it right

Worst experience ever my hair is uneven on both sides and are different lengths. They turned my hair Orange and put on 3 toners. I contacted the manager she has not returned any calls and promised to fix it and return my money. I will never go here again my hair looks horrible. Ive never had any shop mess up my.hair so bad

I went in to have my look refreshed walked away with 3 cut off and all the stylist did was follow the lines of my previous cut.Would not recommend for a New Look.Only for Trims.

I was happy with my hair cut and still a few days later! While the staff was friendly and talkative, the one cutting my hair seemed to bash the other customers (3 years old I think) for crying during their hair cut. She also talked with her friend (also a coworker) who was visiting. Wish she wasnt so distracted. But $17 for a shampoo and cut is bad at all!

Horrible. I went for a 1/2 inch trim and layers. I got both but the layers are not blended well, its looks choppy and its uneven. Would not go again. Im coming for you Nancy.
