Walked in and had 2 customers ahead of me, but when my turn came up showed Tommy pics of what I wanted and he did a great job. I was very happy and it had a very pleasant environment. Will definitely be returning!

Went there for the first time. Buddah was my barber. Place was tidy and well laid out. Buddah did a great cut. He made sure he knew what I was asking for before he started cutting and had no problem doing small changes after the cut. We got a long pretty well and had good conversation. Overall great first experience. Going back again. Yes masks are required and they take precautions during these COVID-19 times.

Im picky about who I let touch my hair because I like it a specific way, and especially because graphics are very hard to do, so not many places offer to do them(or know how to do them right; crisp, clean, thin lines) but when my barber moved to LA last year he recommended Barbers Inc. Joliet, so I gave them a shot and I was VERY impressed! They actually did better than my original guy (hope he doesnt see this! LoL) and Ive been going once a month ever since. They also give complementary warm shaves/linings with a straight razor, which I notice not many places can do. Plus, Im in-n-out in less than 30 minutes, and my cut & the graffix only costs me $20! (most places Ive noticed charge that JUST for a trim/lining- which I think Barbers Inc. only charges $10 for that and kids cuts). Thanks Barbers Inc!

4/6/19 My kids and i where recieved with a rude attitude, like we owed them respect or something. As a marine i didnt take that lightly. Then you have to make an appointment so that told me not everyone is welcome. Just plain bad customer skills. Now have to look for a new shop.

They literally never open when theyre supposed to. Theyre supposed to open at 9, I got there @ 9:45 and no one was there and the door was locked. I called when I got home 15 mins later and they said they had a late start. Who opens there business a whole hour late consistently? This isnt the first time this has happened. He told me they were booked until 11:30 but I feel like I couldve gotten my hair cut before the appointments if they opened when they say on their website and Facebook page. I just dont understand how you can try to run a business with such blatant disrespect for other peoples time.
