Normally I visit a different location closer to home, but my location was showing a 90 minute wait, and I had to get a haircut before leaving town, so I stopped in the Joliet store, which also was very busy, but they were very accommodating and got me in for a quick cut. Mandy was very professional and courteous, and my stylist was super nice and friendly. She did a great job listening for what I wanted done, took her time, and my haircut is perfect. Ive been going to this Sport Clips for over a year and each time I go the girls there are always very polite and respectful. I never have a problem talking with the girls while getting my haircut. I dont have a problem referring anyone to have there hair done there.

I was looking for a quick cut and this place was perfect. They have an app where you can see the wait times which allows you to plan. Great customer service as they played the game I wanted to watch. I will definitely be back to experience the other services they provide other than the regular hair cut. They also provide FREE neck trims within 30 days of your cut!!

For a salon, they do a decent job. Ill trust them with my kids hair, but not my own. Ask for the manager to do your clip, the few times Ive visited she did a great job.

I didnt even know what i wanted done with my hair when i went in. The lady who gave me a cut helped me figure out what i wanted and made it happen and it looked great.

If you use Sport Clips this one is a gem. Tucked away, it tends to have less wait (or no wait) often enough that it is worth the additional drive.

I have been there 3 times and each time they screw my sons haircut up. The last time they didnt even save notes. Just seems like they should be good at cutting boys hair.
