Our Business used Naranjo Heating and Cooling for Duct Cleaning in a Home in Morris, IL after Interior Remodeling.Hector was extremely professional and on Time. His company has the Professional Appearance from the Equipment, Vehicles, and Team Members to handle it all. They were in full uniform. Which shows me they take their company very serious.Jose was also a very hard worker. Very thorough and detailed during the duct cleaning. He Also explained the entire process...Also the price was great and affordable.Every other company in the area wanted to charge so much money for a small home.Thank you guys i will definitely use you guys for all my other jobs moving forward.I Highly Highly recommend this Company for All HVAC Needs. Someone in my community recommended this company after I sought after help for my AC/Heating Unit. Hector and his counterpart did an excellent job noticing what the problem was as soon as he walked into our home. It was minor but he explained what it was what might have happened and tips going forward. We plan to contact them for future maintenance needs. I was looking for reasonable affordable quality service and that is what we received. Everyone is all snuggly in the rooms this winter

I got Hector’s information through a friend who spoke highly of him. Though I didn’t use him right away (trying to figure things out on my own kept saving me) a friend of mine needed a recommendation and I referred her to Hector, She was very pleased with his service. Now it was my turn, I gave up trying to save myself when my heat went out in the middle of the night. Luckily Hector was going to be in my area that day and offered to stop by. Of course I said yes!! We were freezing! A resolution was found within minutes and taken care of same day!!What I appreciate most about Hector, based on my friend’s experience and mine, is he doesn’t just go in for what you call him in for and leave the way most companies would. If he notices something else along the way, he will be sure to tell you! I had no idea (as I am a woman with no experience to this) that my humidifier wasn’t working either. Hector noticed, informed me and offered to take care of that as well. I appreciate his honestly, his quick response to my call and QUALITY!! I will be using him in the summer for my Central Air FOR SURE!! Hire him!! He’s worth it and so AFFORDABLE!

Yesterday our heater went out and by the time we realized it was off it was 4PM. I messaged Hector and he responded so quick and came out to our house 45 mins later. He figured out the problem and got it back on for the night. He came back today at 9AM fixed the heater and now the house is cozy and warm. The response time especially being late on a Sunday was amazing his prices are always reasonable and his work is quick and always efficient. I never write these kinds of post but when you find an amazing guy who does great work and owns his own small business you support it as much as possible. If anyone ever needs any kind of heating or cooling work to be done I highly recommend Hector Naranjo Heating & Cooling Specialist Inc.
