The man who cleaned them was extremely knowledgeable, and he even discovered that some of the vents were lined with asbestos, despite the fact that the house was built in 1906. Delta Air Duct Cleaning took care of my duct cleaning needs. The technicians are extremely competent and efficient. They finished the job on schedule and displayed the ducts condition before and after cleaning. Cleaning was done with a high-powered truck. After the cleaning, the air quality was excellent. Three guys worked on the job. They were done in about an hour. I liked that they wore booties over their shoes to keep the floor clean. The lead guy politely answered all of my questions. The reason for four stars is there was an area in the basement where a lot of dust/dirt was left on the floor and shelves that blew out of the duct. It was not cleaned up.

The two techs who cleaned my ducks unplugged my deep freezer and I found out days after when I went down to get meat to cook. I never got a response back from company and the person who booked my appointment only told me “sorry the guys got fired and I got demoted” that’s it, I lost 100’s in groceries. I’m super mad.
