Been with boost for 5yrs and they wouldnt hwlp me with anything I wanted. They have a lot of fine print and they are all about new customers.. Why wouldnt they take care of existing customers?? Riddle me this.
I was in Johnstown for a job interview from out of town, and I had no reception due to my having a Verizon phone, but these 2 young men by the name of Ardie & Shavaun saved the day! I walked out w/ a new Motorola G7, a screen protector, a bluetoth speaker for my phone & they displayed Excellent Customer service! Thank You boostmobile!
Do not even think about going here if you live outside of johnstown or cambria county your service will not work and the employee will tell you it does! They lied to us and convinced us to switch from cricket saying we would have service come to find out we dont. So please heed my advice and stay with your current company.
I called them and they sed no you cant no you cant to my question. Did not say nothing besides ending the call no by nothing. Not going throw them agean.

We bought a brand new phone and paid for a 50 dollar unlimited plan plus insurance.. And this dumb guy put the phone on a total strangers family plan. Got ignorant when I called trying to get him to fix his screw up and he hung up on me...3 times
This location has the hours posted on their front door stating that it closed at 6pm I got there at 5pm and the door was unlocked and open I went inside and a man came rushing out the back saying the store is closed I told him the hours say 6pm he said i need to disregard the hours as the store closed at 5pmI will not be returning to this location. Another location can get my money

Terrible customer service. Nate the customer service rep was just plain rude, put insurance on my phone without asking me if I want it. I had the phone no more than 18 hrs and couldnt hear calls good and sound was echoed as well as data service was very poor and I lived a few blocks away in the city. I asked if I can exchange because I needed something a little better quality and he spent a hr testing my phone and tells me oh certain metals etc blah blah and all i wanted was exchange for another free phone. I was a new customer coming from another company as for that I will never recommend anyone to this service provider and store. I am stuck with a phone I hate now so next month I am going back to my old service when I call customer service there I at a least got a real live person. I didnt think I was asking for much.. Its not like I had the phone for days and wanted a refund. Dont go there!

I spent 3 hours that night there and the next day I went to talk to another person I was there for another 3 hours she told me that the guy did fraud. He told his big boss I agreed with him to do it I never heard him ask me I told him me and my boyfriend wanted our own plan. I bought my phone on Valentines day and I have no service anyplace all my calls are dropped and now its 7 days later I want my money back and they wont do it. I also have to pay my bill March 2nd not the 14th y do I have to when I just bought it all on the 14th.

Nate the guy who works there was always giving us discounts but was charging us more than necessary as well also he would close the store to go places before his lunch someone needs to do something about that.
It seems like you are bothering some of the staff by asking questions about the phones
