My visit to AT&T in the galleria mall was a great experience, I had a problem with one of my lines on my cell phone plan, Joe took care of it right away, with new equipment, his customer service was excellent, and very professional!

We came up to the store tonight to upgrade two phones and add two new phone lines plus I had SO many questions, and Joey was so helpful and knowledgeable and it was a bonus that we had a good time laughing during the process. I would absolutely recommend him and AT&T to anyone looking into a new phone or wanting to make any changes to what they have now!

Everybody do yourself a favor do not go into the store they are all a bunch of liars including the managers they are rude theyre usually and they will not tell you the truth you will get end up with hidden fees and a contract that you did not want to be in because they are all liars especially the manager Joe he will lie straight to your face as well as everybody else in there so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere these guys are not to be believed

Always depends on whos working as to how good you will be taken care of. The workers in the store always have to call the one eight hundred number, which you could do at home really.
