We loved the help that our Block Advisor Barron gave us. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He made us feel quite at ease since it was our first time using H&R block. We will definitely come back next year and have him do our taxes.

This was the most awful experience ever. I went to H&R Block last year in another state and they were so much more competent and helpful. The only reason I paid to get my taxes done was to have them try and get me the best outcome possible and provide tips. I had the tax advisor Caroline Casey and it was beyond awful. She didnt even give a friendly welcome to begin with and would ignore anything youd ask so she wasnt even giving you advice. We had to pretty much guide her through the entire thing ourselves. We were told on the phone it would cost between $200-$300 for our type of tax return and were assured it would not go over $300. At the end, it was almost $500. This lady didnt even deserve a penny, yet she charged this outrageous amount? And then the worst part of it all is that we decided to go home and do our taxes on TurboTax to see what they wouldve come out with in the end for us and they got us a better tax total!!! I couldnt believe it. TurboTax is free and they got us a better outcome than H&R Block in person did. I will be disputing this charge with both H&R Block and my credit card. Caroline Casey is a horrible tax professional and should never be hired again. Trust us on this one, do not go here.
