My wife and I have been using Bonnie for years to do our taxes and the service has been great. I have read some of the negative reviews and I have to strongly disagree with them. IE Bonnie will not claim things that are sketchy or dishonest or that doesnt have proper documentation. If you were told that you should have gotten more back from someone else.... better be sure that the other person isnt putting you at risk! We go to them because we feel safe and protected after our taxes are done. So if you want to stand in line at Walmart and have your taxes done by a speed mill operation that doesnt care if its done right... go right ahead! The only slight negative I have is that due to the swamped nature of this type of business it can be difficult to reach them quickly.... and unfortunately with Covid many businesses suffer with the same problem!

I feel sorry for anyone who goes to her for tax help this year PLEASE read the reviews before you decide, youll save yourself the time and trouble, and headache by going to a REAL PROFESSIONAL. You might pay a little more, but it will be well worth it in the end. All your doing people is paying for her trips to New Orleans. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.

Worst experience of my life!! I have never personally witnessed such disrespectful behavior. I will never go back, I will never recommend!! I will tell every single person I know exactly what kind of experience I had here. I walked in for a scheduled appointment with my husband. She greeted me and said to him in the most hateful tone, Can I help you? to him. He stated he was with me and she said I might have to beat you up! At first I thought she was joking, but my husband didnt think so. I sat down with her, giving her the benefit of the doubt. She asked me a question, I answered and she says to him, I might not need to beat you up. At which point, my husband and I decided that this was NOT the establishment we would be using for our business needs. I strongly suspect it was race driven, but I wont assume anything. Worst business Ive ever entered.

I have used The Tax Lady for all my tax needs for my small business here in town.Bonnie and her staff are friendly,professional and efficient.No matter what I need,quarterly employer taxes,yearly income taxes,etc they ALWAYS do an amazing job,I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The tax professionals at The Tax Lady have my best interests in mind when they complete my tax return, asking questions to ensure nothing is missed and I receive the biggest return possible. The price for their service is fantastic too.

Owner Bonnie is nice, but she apparently has no control over her employees. Her office manager Sharon tells her sister how much people make and get back from their taxes. Sharon also changes your appointment without notifying you. Her sister (she is also our neighbor - bad human being) then goes around telling others how much people make. She told anyone who listened including the police who were called on her (for crazy non-related topic) how much my husband made and how we should move away. Will never go to this tax-preparer again based on the office managers loose lips and bad business practices.

Bonnie has no control over her employees. They are very rude and unprofessional. No communication between them. They say one thing and do another. And if you have proof that they are lying. They threaten to call the police and 9 times outta 10 they never show because this is a ongoing problem. Besides that everyone knows your business. There is no privacy. What ever happen to hippa. I wish everyone the best with dealing with the tax ladys unpleasant, unworthy, supposedly professional employees!!

If I could give a negative star I would. I filed a final return for a deceased person who used them previously, I took my personal taxes to another place at the same time, mine is done and returned. Theyve had my return going on 3 months. Wont return calls. DO NOT USE THEM.
