I go here for Brazilian waxes and got a membership. They make the experience so easy and not awkward! (Which was my main worry lol!) I’ve seen Llyli and Michelle and loved them both so much! All of the workers here are so friendly! The girls at the front desk are also very informative and sweet! Will continue going here for all of my waxing needs!

I use sugar mama waxing for Brazilians and Michelle is the absolute best! She’s very thorough but also time efficient. Talking to her is also always fun. The ladies who work the front are always so sweet and friendly. I always look forward to my appointments and my only regret is not going sooner.

So I tinted my eyebrows at home, and did dark brown. I may have gotten all the little hair around my eyebrows, which made them look absolutely crazy. Like “it’s me Mario” eyebrows. I decided to give this place a try, for a simple shape up, since they are like the only place open on Mondays. I absolutely loved it! Everyone needs to go, and see Madison. She was like my eyebrow guru, bush wacking through the jungles of my face. For real though they look flawless. I highly recommend her. She was professional, clean, she was enjoyable to be around, and the list goes on and on.SOLID 5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and until the past 6 months, I would have said I love this place. However, they are nice as long as things are going their way. Even if their staff makes a mistake, they won’t make an exception to their rule. On two different occasions, I called to ask questions and was told one thing, only to be told that is not true when I showed up and an exception would not be made even though it was their fault/mistake. In addition, the manager, Michelle, was very rude in how she handled the situation. She was confrontational and did not provide good customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was a sugar baby here and I loved going here getting Brazilian waxes. For the month of August and part of September I was on bed rest from complications of my pregnancy. I had my son early and unexpectedly because of this I was not working. I spoke with a manager from the Johnson city location at the beginning of September because they ended up charging me for two months which I understood why, i asked if upper management could reach out to me due to my financial situation and that i could not afford to be hit twice with two payments she told me that one of the owner would get back to me. I told her that I no longer wanted the service, she also advised me that my subscription would be ending in September due to the six months subscription being up or expiring. I said okay that’s fine I will be expecting a call back from one of the owners, no one ever got back to me. Fast forward to October 2nd I see a charge on my bank statement from Sugar Mama Waxing of 49.95. I immediately called them and spoke with the same manager she recognized it was me I told her I never received a phone or nothing from the owners or her and I never wanted to to renew my membership because of my financial situation. She told me that I was supposed to send an email to cancel I advised her that she never told me this when we spoke I also asked for a refund of the month I was charge since I had not utilized their services since the beginning of August. She told me it was up to the owners if they wanted to issue a refund and that I would have to email them and let them know I wanted to cancel my membership which I did immediately after we got off the phone. I received an email back saying that my membership was cancelled however they totally disregarded my request for a refund, I emailed them back asking for refund and they emailed me back saying I didn’t cancel my membership in a time. I am livid, I was never told I had a certain time to cancel my membership and I was under the impression that my subscription ended in September. I emailed them back expressing how I didn’t think it was fair as to how they were treating my situation never heard back from them after that . I really felt like I was taken advantage of and they just took my money. I feel robbed in all honesty I don’t care if it’s just 50 bucks it’s still mine. I will never ever step foot in this business ever again!!

I walked into their store for my first wax here in Tennesse . I had just recently moved here from a few states away and all of the girls there took great care of me. My nerves went away instantly and they answered any and all questions I had. Really great service

I went to Sugar Mama for my very first facial and it’s was AMAZING!!! The ladies were so welcoming and answered any and all questions I had. I was struggling with a horrible breakout and my face looks completely clear the next day after my facial with Ashley! Best experience and such amazing ladies! I can’t wait to go back!!

Absolutely great staff and diverse services provided. Beautiful and calming interior that really makes you feel pampered. Also great deal with the sugar baby club to get discounted Brazilian waxes. Love this place!

Brazilian service by Ashley is Amazing... shes very detailed on her work and if you ask her anything shes honest and open with you... I enjoyed my experience and now I have a back up plan if any happens to my girl that does it now!!!

This place was lovely. Dont let the exterior dissuade you. The interior is gorgeous and I had such a lovely 2hr or so pamper session here. I got a wax from Ashley who was chipper, lively so much fun to talk to who made me laugh and qas quick about her work. I also got the lunchtime facial. A great way to spend 30 minutes. Definitely a spot I would recommend and plan on going back to.

Highly recommend getting your lash extensions here! Ashley is awesome...lashes always look perfect!! The price is also great compared to other places in the area for such high quality lashes.

Ive been going to Sugar Mama for over a year now and absolutely love it. I always see either Michelle or Ashley for a wax and they do a wonderful job. Their Sugarbaby Club option is a pretty great deal for once a month waxing on a subscription service with discounts on other services or products. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

I’m sure they would have done a fine job but I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment for 1:50 for an eyebrow wax on the way out of town getting ready to endure an 8 hour road trip with my husband and infant in the car. Because I walked in at 1:53, yes 1:53, they said I would have to reschedule, or “they could see what they could get done in 5 minutes.” There was absolutely no one in the waiting area and the place was empty. Not sure why they are turning down business but they won’t be getting mine in the future.

My sister and I have been so delighted to find Sugar Mama. We regularly see Ashley and Amanda, who are both extremely professional and and very pleasant. This is an excellent salon. I highly recommend Sugar Mama.

The aesthetician was friendly but the facial wasn’t what I expected. I had to ask for a wrap.I didn’t know how she was gonna do a facial and not get product on my top. I asked for a deep cleanse because I had a lot of black heads and congestion. She used a lancet and did a few minimal extractions. But the most annoying part was when I had my mask on she was sitting behind me and I could hear her clicking on her phone. And she sat the phone down didn’t wash her hands and touched my face.....and everyone knows how full of germs phones carry..... I won’t be back
