I have been going to Archrival for over a year now and have never been disappointed. I get lash extensions every two weeks and have never had to wait my turn because all appointments are kept so timely.I have had brow waxing, henna brow, lash extensions and have been impressed every time. They have the best prices in town for extremely high quality service. Multiple times I have had to reschedule due to weather or work issues and Archrival was prompt and accommodating.

Jen is awesome, I had gotten a fill from another person and my lashes fell off over night. She managed to fit me in the next day so I had them looking great for my birthday weekend. I started going to Jen years ago for my brows when she was working at Ulta. She has been my go-to ever since and I refuse to let anyone else handle my eyebrows. If you’re as picky as me, I highly suggest Jen, I promise she will not disappoint. Not to mention, her stunning work in regards to microblading & eye lash extensions! Overall, she is phenomenal business woman!

I came in for a full lash set and unfortunately they were way too long and fake looking and so e were sticking two of my lashes together and hanging off the lash. I debated just running with it even though I was really upset, but ultimately decided to go back in and tell them that I was really unhappy given that I had specified that I wanted them to not be very long and wanted them to look natural. Jenn was awesome. She had.my lashes removed and stayed after close to redo my whole set. Incredible customer service and a 180 turnaround after my first experience. Same day fix and she wasnt mad at me or make me feel bad about speaking up. More businesses need to be so attentive. Excellent :)
