Robin White helped me out and made the whole process painless. She corrected my understanding of my educational expenses that increased my refund by a couple hundred dollars and Ill be able to take advantage of in future years. I usually try to file my own taxes but Im now convinced to leave it to Jackson Hewitt and will also see if Robin can assist me again.
