Did my taxes with this office. They messed up my state taxes, which in the beginning I was told I didnt have to file. The state amended the return, which I was never told by this office. They said they would call me back to tell me what H&R block would do for me .... 2 weeks ago. Incredibly disappointed in what I believed to be the best tax company out there. Wow

Couldnt have my 2018 refund printed since i did it online, i needed it to file bankruptcy and they were no help at all. I forgot my log in info so i was unable to access that years account. I asked if they could link alll my account together on the email i used for my 2019 taxes since i remembered all my info but they said that they couldnt. Im not a satisfied customer and wont be using them anymore !!!!

Her name is Pat Stout and she is everything anyone would want in a tax professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone to do your taxes, I highly recommend Pat Stout at the H & R Block office at 1117 North Roan Street in Johnson City, Tennessee.

I like the elderly people working because older people are smarter. Appointments are time efficient but at the same time the tax professionals are diligent with your claim. They always beat the competition hands down all I need now is some snacks and books for kids to look at.

I usually do my own taxes i just didnt have my AGI to do so. Most likely I wont return next year. That is in no way shape or form because of poor customer service. The staff at this facility were very professional. I would definitely give this particular branch a 5 star rating. :)

Took them my taxes told me they would be ready in 48 hours. I called them 72 hrs later they told me they needed the address of my sitter, which I gave them on day three. I called them back again on day four and they told me the same thing, I told them that I called them yesterday and gave them the information myself. Apparently, no one writes down the info that you give them, totally incompetent group of elderly people, will never use this office again

Judy Jones is an amazing Tax preparer. I have been coming to her for years because she in knowledgeable and always gets my taxes done to get me the best refund possible. I also like that at H&R Block the tax preparation fee can come right out of the refund which helps tremendously.
