Polite, courteous, on time, and very communicative. The two technicians, Roger and Dave, have been prompt, friendly, on time, and very helpful with tips and tricks to help me reduce the pest problems at my home. As well as helping catch some of my fur children when prepping to have a treatment completed at my home. I am truly glad to have gotten Terminix treating my home.

Terminix did a project in our crawl space that cost over $4000. The work was very shoddy. Worse, they used our charge card, which they had on file, to charge us for work that hasn’t been completed. We’ve gotten no response to multiple phone calls over the past six weeks. Don’t trust them.

Roger that came and sprayed around our house was SUPER helpful and friendly. He showed us some of the issues we were having around our new home that will invite in pests and did an EXCELLENT job. Super happy with the service we received.

Selling our house in Cleveland TN. Inspection (Terminix) evidence of Termites in our yard so I paid for one year of service. House sold and I continued to make monthly payments. We moved to another part of the state and changed banks, called and moved payments to new bank and they could NEVER get the new account information in correct.I called and paid it off so I did not have to worry about it and MADE it very clear that I was not renewing it at end of contract as we no longer own the home.Fast forward to end of contract and I get a bill with AUTO renewal, it took me 6 phone calls and 4 hours on the phone to get the contract cancelled. One guy told me they would not cancel it till they pulled the traps!!!!!!!They did not seems to understand I was NOT going to pay for a contract on a house I DO NOT OWN any longer.Rude and not helpful, was told someone else would have to handle. Get that person and they could not help.I am giving 3 stars because the techs are great.

Roger Carrier has been our pest control tech for several years now. He is Courteous, Proficient, Knowledgeable, and Customer Friendly. Always takes time to answer any questions we have . Thank you Roger for taking care of our pest control needs.

I dont like giving a1 star review but trying to reach someone on the phone from this local branch is impossible. I called the main number and they transferred me to the local store which placed me on hold for 30 minutes then I was transferred back to the main number soaking to an Alexis who did not seen to enjoy her job. They want to schedule someone to come out but I want certain questions answered before I have someone just show up to my house. The questions would determine if Id even want the service.

Customer service is great and prompt. The technician, Dave was thorough, the account manager, Evan was very helpful. I like that if we see any issues between services they will come back out for free. The price is cheaper than other pest control companies.

I have had nothing but good experience thus far with Terminix. They show up when they are scheduled to and they always come to the door to let me know they are on the premises. They have been nothing but courteous.We are having some work done on our property close to the house foundation so the termite traps have been removed from the ground. I told the gentleman that when the work was completed that the traps would be put back in the ground. He said to call and they would come back out and reinstall the traps into the ground.Yes, they are expensive but you get what you pay for.

David Cole was very thorough and professional. He did a good job explaining what he was doing and why. He offered suggestions with explanations which made us feel good about the services we received.

Keith came to review our termite service and ended up helping us get gutter guards. Best deal in town and Brian and his team were excellent!

The technician who treated my house was courteous and seemed to have a good knowledge of the insects that had infected my house, and how to get rid of them. He answered every question I asked him.

We were schedule for 8-10am. Now it is 11:15, no one has called, or shown up. I called around 9:30 this morning to confirm the appointment and was put on hold for over 15 minutes, so hung up.

Originally needed bed bug treatment..the only thing I see that their doing is trying to sell more services..and still have bed bugs..not happy at all..

Our initial visit was wonderful. We decided to pay for outdoor bug control, termite control, and an exclusion contract. We had a squirrel in our basement which they took care of very quickly. We were very impressed at that point. They did not however touch the rest of the exterior of our house. We called about 2 months into our contract to let our local tech know we saw a mouse outside. No call back. We found a small hole in the kitchen wall a week or so after we called him. We called the 800 number, and they scheduled someone same day to “fix” the problem. They sealed around the rest of the outside of our home, but no one came inside to see what was going on. We had our pest guy already scheduled for our quarterly inspection later that same week. He came, and said looks like a mouse, and it is probably gone. Well, it’s not gone. After a brief conversation with a manager in the Johnson City office, they had a tech come out in less than 24 hours. He took care of everything and answered questions I had. We haven’t seen or heard anything since. I appreciate you all taking time to make everything right.

Your servicemen come out whenever we have a problem or even if we need extra traps.We are surrounded by trees and forests and when we first moved in I couldnt handle the spiders, beetles, crickets, even mice and snakes! Terminix keeps our home pest free and gives me peace of mind. Im terrified of all these nasty critters! I wouldnt be able to live here without their care.

I am a first time client and would recommend Terminix to anyone with pest issues.I spent allot of time and money trying to get rid of my pests alone.My exterminator, Terry Moody was extremely efficient, and knowledgeable. He made this experience allot less stressful, and the cost was less than I had already spent on chemicals that didnt work.I wish I would have called them months ago.

Recently had to come out for the 3rd visit on a wasp & yellow jacket nest adjacent to our side door. Tech took his time, exposed access to the nest (by the vent pipe), treated it 2x and suggested steel wool or fiberglass insulation to preclude a return. A couple of curious ones came back but left after a quick can spray. This seems to have finally resolved the issue.

If giving 0 stars was an option, I would. I cant begin to describe the headache dealing with this company has been. We contacted them to provide services for a rental property, and gave them a time frame and number to call when coming to perform the service. The service, (which was ALREADY PAID FOR), was never performed. The gentleman never came out to the house on an available day after being explicitly told which day of the week someone would be there to let him in. This was the end of May. After calling to reschedule and never receiving any follow up or call back, we proceeded to ask for our money back due to the fact that the service we PAID FOR had NOT been performed. This process lasted for a few weeks and never got anywhere with the individuals we spoke to on the phone. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and about a week later received a phone call that the refund would be issued in the next couple weeks. It has still not happened and this is the end of August. Will be filing another complaint. HORRIBLE customer service. We will be getting our money back.

I don’t recommend Terminix at all! They don’t care about customers! We was quoted a yearly amount and we decided to pay in full and wrote a check out and then a few days later I seen that they overcharged our account big time and when we called them about it nothing was done about it couldn’t even talk with a supervisor over the issue that they done to us. You better watch your checking account with them! They are a joke!!!!

We have scheduled service inspections THREE times now and EVERY time the technician is a no show. No call, no text just ignores the appointment. The best part is when they call you to “apologize” they say “no one told me” .... get it together. Not worth taking three days off work for their technicians not to show up for their job.

Excellent experience of a repeat customer. I have had Terminix in the past & had been just as satisfied with it.

What a disaster it was and still is for me and my family dealing with Terminx. I asked them to go back and fix two things that needed fixing due to some work we had done in our crawl space. I even sent pictures of the two things that needed repair. First there was a air duct that came apart & secondly a vent needed to be put back up to the floor. I told the potential buyers of the HOME I would have those two things done. So Terminx called me & told me it was ALL taken care of so I told the potential buyers of the HOME to go ahead and do their final inspection. The buyers opened the crawl space door and instantly saw none of the work was done. Furthermore, we lost the sale of the HOME. The buyers were going to buy the HOME & pay for the cost of the work done to the crawl space. We had even moved into our new HOME. Looking back We wish we could have been there to monitor all the work being done. But It didnt happen & we lost the sale of the HOME and now we had 2 homes to pay FOR and a crawl space.

With whole home and property protection from pests, mosquitoes, and termites, I am positively glad that I chose Terminix. The associates answered any of my many questions and allowed me to watch as they inspected termite traps, and allowed me to watch as they sprayed my property. Plus, having Terminix, I know will raise the resell value of my home and propertry.

Do not hire this company. They were supposed to replace a De-humidifier for us months ago and never came back. I dont know how they stay in business.

So when my Lover Marvin left my house one night, I started noticing things. there were only so many things that it could be. The answers were simple it was A: Either Bugs/ Varmints B: Ghost. So I called the good people at Terminix to take care of the issue. They told me I would have to stay at the hotel of my choosing and to be back in 24 hours. I told them Kill them dirty ghost! I still hear moaning in the walls, but for the most part the bugs are dead. I think.... what if they are now ghost bugs!! #SpookyStuff

Terminex is a wonderful nation wide company, providing services to more people than I could possibly count. But in this day and age were all about local. And if price is your barrier, I understand. I shop Amazon and Walmart just as much as anyone, probably more. Im always looking for a deal. Youd think the company that is in almost every location and everyone has heard of with a NATIONAL audience would be cheaper. Theyre usually not. We moved into a new home and were looking to extend a yearly termite bond. I called terminex because thats who the previous owners had used. Obviously with anyone who has any information or previous experience with termite bonds knows that its a lot cheaper to extend Bond then create a new one if theres already one existing. Unfortunately the two phone calls I gave the local office sent me to a call center where they took my name and number and sent it to the local office for a call back. After almost a week I still hadnt heard back. But Im a deal hunter, and a Price shopper so I called around to local places. They not only gave me their price but they also gave me their idea of what may be the terminix price as well.... At least the range that terminix might give me. The local service was several hundred dollars cheaper in the yearly bond price, and about $1,000+ cheaper for the initial treatments. Its times like this that we have to understand going for a company that we recognize and is big isnt always the best option or the cheaper option. Price check everything. When I finally heard back from terminix it was more than a week after my phone call, and three phone calls later from me calling their national phone number... (which oddly enough is the phone number you get that you think is local... But its not.) If you want to reach your local office youll have to go through a call center and youll have to wait. Sometimes even a week or more before you actually hear back from the office youre trying to reach. Its almost unprofessional!! Their prices are absolutely outrageous for the area that Im in, and Im not sure if thats realistic for everyone. I will urge you not to use terminix but instead shop local see whats around you!! Take the time to get local prices. Local is usually a lot more friendly, and a lot more time sensitive than a company that does business like terminix.*Edit: To Terminex owner who reached out via reply.-I appreciate your speedy reply to my review, however my issues have already been taken care of termite wise. As the first review detailed, these people are not true exterminators but just slimy sales people. Informed us we had termites and that the work we had done BY THEM just two years ago in craw space was done wrong BY THEM and would require encapsulating double the price of previous work. Got 2nd opinion, guess what? NO termites and airflow is fine in craw space and no mold or fungus. What a scam go with Cooks Pest Control!!!!
