The owner goes the extra mile to provide a complete service. For example, the owner has called to reschedule services due to the likelihood of rain which would wash away the exterior chemical. Other companies would probably spray regardless of weather condition just to be able bill you when they expected to bill you and with no regard to the actual service remdered.
