I don’t recommend this company. I’m very sad to give them this rating. I had chosen them because they are local. They put in a drainage system in our basement and then I ordered a mold test. The workers were courteous, but left our floors very messy in our house from going in and out of the door. We had to vacuum and mop up after. The owner was scheduled to perform a mold inspection and pest control for which I prepaid, but he never showed up. I called his cell and the office several times and never heard anything . I finally just asked for my money to be refunded. I had hoped to support them for all three needs, but I’m very disappointed with the lack of profesional and even just courteous customer service . Simply ignoring phone calls for missed appointments just doesn’t make sense to me when spending so much money . I really wish I could say more positive things, but it was a disappointing experience .

Great company! These guys were able to get out to do a termite inspection very quickly! Thats a real estate agent I work with a lot of different companies that provide services for my clients. These guys are super friendly and able to work within my time frame. Highly recommend!

Have had a Terminex contract for several years. The house has been monitored and never had any termite or carpenter ant issues in all the years there. Put the house on the market and these guys come to inspect it, the guy tried to get me to pay $150 for old carpenter ant damage. This was not true, so it refuses, there was no need! Just found out he called the buyers and told them the house was covered (!) in carpenter ants and damage!!! Because he didn’t get $150 out of the day he completely lied to the buyers and ruined the sale of the house! We know he talked to the buyers, which wasn’t necessary ever! All he had to do was complete his report and submit it to the realtors, but he made the decision to call the buyers and flat out lie!

We have been using safeway at our cabin for over 3 years. The cabin had been vacant for a while when we bought it, so we called Safeway to service it for pest control. They quickly got the big situation under control. Our technician is Sean and he always does a great job for us. He saw evidence of early onset termite infestation and gave us treatment options that eliminated the termite nest. We are very pleased with Safeway pest!

I really have to give a shout out to Roy at Safeway. I was having terrible flooding problems in my basement/ crawlspace. He came out and looked at everything and he came up with a plan that was really AFFORDABLE and it WORKED. I had another company who came out and only wanted to sell me a $30k system and now that I followed Roys steps, I know now, it would not have fixed the problem and I would have been out so much more $$. I highly recommend them.

Very nice and on time, inspected the house I was about to buy and found multiple areas of current termites. I appreciate him giving me his honest opinion of damage, repairs and treatments needed.I will mention that I called for the written report and the woman I spoke to on the phone told me she would send it to my realtor. Both times I reminded her that I paid for the inspection and I wanted a copy of the report I paid for, which she did, I just felt like I shouldn’t have to ask for it.I will absolutely use this company again as I do believe they are a great company.

I have found that they not only deliver watered down poison but all their customers who get an encapsulation buy 12 MIL poly per the contract but then actually get 8 MIL poly and I dont think thats right. The quality of work isnt too good either but really why I give only 1 star is due to the fact they bill their products better than what they actually deliver

We have done quarterly service with Safe-Way for 20+ years. They are so good to call ahead to schedule. The treatment is effective, all bugs all killed, and no strong odor. Shawn will even sweep spider webs under the eves of the house. Highly recommend this service.

Ive been getting service from Safe-Way for years and have never been disappointed. Phil and his crew have always had the customers best interests in mind.

Asked if we had roaches an we said no he never sprayed. Then we get a warning from the apartment owner saying pest control said we have them an need to keep apartment clean. Scam don’t recommend them at all

The receptionist was not very helpful. They did what I needed them to at a reasonable fee, but did not provide the termite letter that was included in the fee that I paid. Although service was satisfactory in the end, I would hesitate before using them for future needs.

Just a little expensive compared to Barnes but still a great co.

One word says it all amazing we have had two large jobs done by safeway pest control and I can say they are the best. Right on time, right on price.They will be my 1st call when I need something done on our rentals or personal home.
