Took a necklace here to get fixed. Got the warranty and sent it off to get fixed. When we picked it up, it looked awful. It was discolored and didn’t look like the necklace chain. The lady said that is the only way to fix it. I got my money back on the warranty and went somewhere else and got it fixed correctly for half the price. Will never return here!

My bf bought me a promise ring from the Disney collection. They had to send it off to get it resized. When he got it back and gave it to me we noticed discoloration where they had resized it. Now of you know anything about jewelry that’s normal. The ring, mind you, is 1/4 ct black diamond in sterling silver with black rhodium. He bought the lifetime warranty because he had a feeling something would go wrong. It did. Mere hours after I wore it I noticed that the discoloration was spreading in a way. It’s like it’s cheap paint or something!!! It’s fading and I’ve only wore it for a day. He said that the associate that assisted him assured him that the ring would not fade in any way, shape, or form. Needless to say we’re very disappointed and we will be either exchanging it or going somewhere else.

I WAS willing to spend a good deal of money (to replace my husbands band, my ingagment and band for our 6th year anniversary.) Till I was rudly asked to leave for not wearing a mask. 1) I have asthma 2) Tennessee is a no mask state 3) working in coustemer service I know first hand that there is NEVER a reason to be rude to a customer so just a thought check yourself.

Sales is the only place Ill trust to handle jewelry repair from now on. Amazing customer service and products!!!

11:10 Am and the store is still closed. I was here yesterday and the shut the gate on me promptly at 3:00!!!! Shouldnt cleaning and inventory be completed prior to the posted 11:00 opening!

I went to get a couple of rings fixed and had trouble finding my paperwork on my engagement ring my husband bought with them 8 years ago and since then spent 1000s of dollars with them and was getting ready spend few hundred more but since could not find paperwork they would not send ring off to be fixed so zales you lost a good customer

The staff at this location and the Asheville location were all amazing! They helped us find the perfect ring that matched my style! And put us $400 under budget!! They really took their time to go through all the collections and options. Definitely would recommend.

Very great customer service. Evan was the gentleman that helped us choose a ring. We spent all afternoon looking at rings to choose the perfect one for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Evan was very professional and very nice and helpful. He was very patient with us as it took us several hours of looking and trying on rings before we found the perfect one. We left very well pleased and would recommend this store to anyone. Thankyou for you patients and help!

I would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING through this store! My husband and I have had nothing but trouble with them since we opened our account! Like another post I read, we did not get our 0% interest and customer service was not at all helpful! My husband called to pay off the account but the man who took our information somehow entered it wrong and the payment was rejected. We only found out because in 5 days, the payment still hadnt cleared the bank. When my husband called back, the woman informed him there would be an additional $9 charge for the other mans mistake. We have closed our account and will NEVER purchase anything from Zales again. To avoid a huge hassle, I would recommend not buying from ANY jewelry store associated with Zales. Terrible customer relations!

This is the worst jewelry store I have ever been in contact with. I bought my fiancés wedding ring here. I signed up for 6 months no interest, and signed for this. I was very clear that I did not want to buy it if it would not be 0 interest. They assured me that it was. I ended up getting a letter in the mail from the bank I had financed through stating that my address given at Zales did not match the address the credit agency had so they had to deny my application until I was able to change my address. Zales then proceeded to switch my financing to another bank (Zales Gem Account) without notifying me of this change. I was suspicious when I received the letter so I called Zales to verify that my account was as I had agreed it would be. They then told me that I was now on an account that charged 22% interest. Obviously I was upset. I went to the store to try to sort it out. At this point I was still willing to purchase the ring at the 0 percent interest for 6 months since I had resolved the address situation. I cancelled my previous order, and told the lady I wanted to repurchase it with the original financing. She refused to let me purchase it through the original bank telling me that apparently I had bad credit, although in the denial letter it plainly states that my credit score was good and was not a factor in the denial. I was very angry at this point and ended up leaving only to find a better quality ring at a local jeweler for literally half the price. I will never return to this place. I wouldnt even give them one star if I did not have to in order to write the review.
