Mr. Cates did the most fantastic job on our home, the brick stairs leading to our doorway look brand new! People have noticed and actually asked if we had the brick replaced. The transformation is amazing! Ken showed up first thing in the morning and had our home sparkling clean by 10am! He was prompt, professional and super knowledgable. This is my 5th or 6th time using Cates Property Services. Mr. Cates has done repeated house/siding cleaning for me for years. First time back in early 2000s. He is always professional. He is on time or he calls to reschedule. He never leaves you hanging. His equipment and use of cleaning chemicals is first class. This week he pressure washed my log home. It looks much much better. The treatments last also. He also cleaned my very mossy paver patio. Excellent job! Looks brand new!Mr. Cates and his work ethic are at the top of my list of contractors I have used through the years. I would never use anybody else to do my pressure washing.

I was selling my home which is bordered on one side and part of the back with white pine trees and had been neglected for a long time. I was certain that it wouldnt be possible to get it truly clean, since I had another person pressure wash it several years earlier with limited success. I called Ken Cates hoping it would help some. He called ahead as agreed, actually a few minutes earlier that he had said, and came over. He explained that the process he used did not depend on pressure, but the chemicals he used for whatever surface he was cleaning. I was skeptical. It came completely clean! I was so pleased that when I moved to another property that was under trees, this one with white painted trim, I called him again, thinking some of the paint would be removed. The paint stayed on and again I had a beautifully clean house.Cannot recommend highly enough. Prompt effective and professional.

I used Cates Property Services to pressure wash my deck and concrete driveway. When they were done, both looked like they were almost brand new. Ken was unbelievably professional and responsive. He and his crew arrived on-time and did their job and left our property looking great. I had no mess to clean-up after they left. These guys do great work!

Make sure you get in writing what you expect, didn’t do what was asked. When complained and ask him to leave our property he refused to leave. The work he did my wife could do with a water hose. When he says soft wash that’s what you get., real soft!
