Brought my mom in to get help with her hearing. Sherrie was very kind and helpful. She explained things is way that made it easy to understand. She was knowledgeable and caring. My mother purchased some hearing aids and they have changed her life for the better. My mom cried when she heard birds chirping for the first time in years. Sherrie is the best.

You only get one chance to make a good first impression and both Stephanie and Sherrie were successful. Even though I did not purchase a hearing aid after my testing, they were both very thoughtful and followed up the next week with some options for me. Stephanie was very pleasant on the phone initially and made me feel like a neighbor when I arrived for my appointment. Sherrie was very thorough and explained things better than any hearing care specialist I have visited in the last 15 years or so. No high pressure sales pitch but a genuine desire to assist in any way to improve my hearing. Thanks to both for a pleasant experience.

First of all very friendly which I like because you feeling comfortable. Then Stephanie she so nice.Then you meet Sherry. she checks your hearing and takes her time about were you here the best in hearing booth and other test she does.They are very nice out at Miracle Ear in Johnson City,Tn highly recommend them .

I am very glad I made the decision to go to them. They have always been very nice a courteous. I had some problems with certain sounds being to loud and it was immediately fixed. I had also accidentally disconnected my remote from my hearing aids. I called them and even though I didnt have an appointment they brought me in and fixed it. I would highly recommend them. They are friendly and exceptionally nice. I actually look forward to my appointments.

I was very impressed with the service and care I received at Miracle Ear of Johnson City. I previously had a hearing aid that did not do the job. I thought I was out of options, until I saw the commercial for Miracle Ear. I called and immediately was given an appointment. She explained my hearing loss to me that no one else had been able to explain. She fitted me with hearing aids that has made all the difference to me. A “Den of Thieves” Sherri promised my step father he could return his aids within 30 days. She would not take them back after 15 days because he had worn aids before. She knew this because he had them in when she met him. I HEARD HER TELL HIM...she said he didn’t read the contract. DONT TRUST HER. The aids sqill all the time.Wish we had gone somewhere else.

My mother in law went to this office, spent almost 5,000.00 and has not ben able to hear since she took them home. She has gone back in to office for assistance, they take them in the back and work on them instead of showing her what to do! They have put her off several days also, telling her they didnt have time to see what the problem was!They done the same thing today, (March 7th)Told her to come back Friday! We even sent a family friend in to them, but found out she us having similar problems. I feel she is being given the run around and would not recommended them to anyone else!We are requesting a refund!I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if this does not happen.March 7,2017Re:Barbara J.Cole

Very very pushy! Sherri had her own agenda and it was selling a hearing aid not helping a person hear.

They wont service their own older aids. They try to get you to buy new ones. Got my cousins 4 year old aids serviced and repaired someplace else.

Excellent customer service with great products and experience.

These ladies are so professional and I wouldnt go anywhere else!
