Many, many thanks to Chris Burks. I won’t detail how he helped me because what worked for me may not necessarily work for others. I can hear better now than I ever have before. Chris was my audiologist at another location a few years ago. I am the patient that he most enjoys working with. But, I am sure all his patients can say that about Chris. Very nice people

Went to get a hearing test, (paid by my insurance). After the test results were given to me I advised them that I might buy my aids there later. I was told they did not care one way or the other. (I was never rude, etc). So, guess what? I will never step foot in that place again! Wow!

I have been going to see these wonderful folks for several years now, and I have always been treated extremely well. I found the staff to be very helpful and caring. I would not dream of going anywhere else......

These guys were cold and arrogant! I am shopping for my second pair of Hearing aids and not going to just settle like so many people do. Don’t waste your time here.
