Cool gym. Able to workout anytime. Management is responsive and super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Love that I can freely exercise without it ever being overly crowded and it has all the equipment I love using the most! And great price as well! 👍🏽

I have been to alot of gyms across the country. This one has them all beat. The owner is willing to go above and beyond the rest. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic gym i used to be a part of back in 2015 just moved back to johnson city after being a truck driver for the last few years and gaining 80 pounds iv lost 20 of those pounds and wana get back into this gym to shed the rest...clean and small gym that isnt too crowded when i used to go here i was almost always 1 of maybe 2 or 3 ppl in there

Very unsanitary gym! With everything thats going on now a days with the virus, I would not feel safe exercising there. Never seen the owner clean or disinfect.

Smaller gym, but has the essentials to get it done. I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed lifting here while I was not able to go to my home gym for about 3 weeks. If youre looking for a new gym or a change of pace, I would stop by .

For the year I spent in Johnson City this is the only gym I will ever enjoyed being a member of. Its not a dark dungeon or a cardio paradise like Planet Fitness. Its got everything you need to meet your goals, free weights, machines, cardio, and a staff full of knowledgeable motivating trainers. The best part, its open 24/7. Be there when you want to be, no rush to get there before the doors lock.

They are a great service and very respectful.... I will do whatever my health came to keep it up while I do my fitness to build... it help me a lot

Very small gym and limited equipment. Good for beginners, but experienced lifters and those who go at peak times will be disappointed.

Very friendly trainers, very accepting environment, feels safe, always clean, wheelchair accessible in the front, they recycle, prices totally reasonable for what youre getting.

I loved being a member of Energy Fitness 24/7 while I was living in Johnson City, TN. It was never over crowded, the staff is always courteous and helpful and it is very clean.

The people are super great, I wish I had more time to spend there.

I love working out here its 24 hours access to the gym. I have plenty of equipment and the trainers and management are very friendly as well!

Nice and quiet in the wee hours of the morning. I can get in and out in under an hour and without having to wait in line for anything.
